all the customers think i'm picking on them today. whenever i tell them bad news about their claim they think i'm lying and wanna talk to a supervisor... TRANSFER! lol 😈 😁

These are all ones I've heard


Horizon = Verizon
Molarola = Motorola
Slimsung = Samsung
LB = LG
"cut my service back on" = turn my service on
"i never got my bill" = i forgot to pay it
Blueberry = Blackberry
"computer phones" = PDA
"free phone" = any phone in the store
"i have insurance" - please dont check because i dont

i was rude to a customer....

do i feel bad? HELL NO!

So i was helpin a lady with an upgrade. I explained the prices that the computer show me and what she has to pay. She was unhappy...She said Best Buy can give it to her for free. So she left...

Hour later, she's back. With her new phone from Best Buy. She wants me to help her set it up and put her numbers in. I gave her this look and asked "Best Buy didnt help you out?" She said "I didn't want to bother them." To which i reply "So, you denied me commission then come back to bother me with your petty requests because Best Buy was not smart enough to do it for you???".

She asked if she wanted me to let her go back to Best Buy....i said "Yes, i have a line of customers i can earn money from"

BOY DID THAT FEE...

ATTENTION CUSTOMER CARE

Now, when I (THE PAID REP AT THE RETAIL STORE) calls into tech support on behalf of the customer and I say that we've (the customer and I) have already done all the necessary troubleshooting for this data device and all i need is your help processing the warranty exchange, just do it.

It's properly noted in the account that we did everything and i believe the customer is already sick of going home to hook it up to their computer. We've already done that.

Yes, you must read the custy a script for the exchange but that's it. When i hand them the phone don't question them on what we did or tell them to troubleshoot further..WE'VE DONE THAT...

how many times do i have to "take the battery out and put it back in?" or how many times must i do a "master reset" or give you the imei?!?!!?!??! Youre friggin tech care...i call you because i've already done ALL THE BASIC FLOWS

Had a lady argue with me

She was from Sprint and was very mad at Sprint because they wouldn't give her a new phone and she broke hers... yeah like I want you as my customer lady.
She gets mad at me and I ask what she wants me to do about it. I'm rude, because I know she is an idiot and I know I'll see her all the time complaining about me like she is about sprint right now.
She tells me to find a better deal than sprint. So I show her our plans and she's obiously not listening and asks how much data hook up is. So I ask if she means for an air card or on the phone, and she says with a firm voice "how much is data connection" I ask again and say what do you mean on your phone or for your computer. She tells me to answer the question, so I say, it's about ten a mon...

If you can't figure this out then you aren't allowed to buy an iPhone....

Actual question: "im not sure which ipod phone to get cuz they all say something different. what is the difference between the 3g ipod, the 16 g ipod, and the 32 g ipod?"

First, I absolutely hate it when they can't get the name right. It's the iPhone people not the iPod! I know nothing about the iPod so don't ask.

Don't get me wrong I detest the iPhone as much as the next guy bu if someone is serious about buying it then they really need to know the name of the phone. Right?

My second point, if you don't know enough about wireless technology to know that 3G is the speed of the phone your about to buy then maybe you should stick to land line service.

My third and final point, if you can't figure out that 16GB and 32GB is referring...

Scared for my life!

I work in this ghetto a$$ mall with the trashest customers you can amagine! I see at least 3 or more people get arrested every couple of days and I have to have mall security walk me to my car.

What is your biggest annoyance when chatting with customers?

I find it very frustrating tying to explain how to add something to their cart. For some reason no one can seem to find the big green "Add to Cart" button on their screen.

So I've had this guy call several times a day for the past few weeks, "can I get a pee paid phone" "do you sell the books to simmsong phones" and he is really mentally handicapped. I feel bad because he is trying to function like the rest of us and get a plan. He has come in the past two weeks looking for a plan and I honestly dont' want to sell him one. He told me he stopped paying his sprint plan and got in "big trouble"
So I've ran his credit a few times. The first time I did his name filled the address portion and name part of the application. He wrote down a home phone but told me it was wrong because he didn't know his home phone. So... today he comes in with a friend to get a plan. The friend knows he broke contract with sprint becau...

I had a guy return a BB Curve 8900 on ATT. He bought it retail for $500.00. He claims he got an unlocked BB Storm that he is using on ATT. Is that possible, or did he just feel the need to lie?

i am puerto rican. i am very proud of it. but what is with spanish people that don't speak english in america and they can't even comprehend street names? is it so hard to understand what "main street" is?! i spelled it out. i put a heavy accent on it. why do you ruin my aht?! grrr..... 👿 😡

i love it when....

A customer walks in...i greet them with the standard whatever greeting. They COMPLETELY ignore me and go about their business. So that is a sign to me that they are not ready...but as soon as i go to multitask they say "ARE YOU GOING TO HELP ME OR WHAT??"

i try to help as much as i can....

i'm a guy. i try to help out as much as i can with customer's needs. i'll come close to the line but never cross it. Yes, you may be really really really hot and showing me skin and just my type maybe but i can't do anything that might get me fired...i'm sorry.

I think I am allergic to stupid...

I have to be because I go home with a headache every day...

I literally had someone say this today "Does the unlimited Internet plan for the iPhone include unlimited Internet?"

One of my esteemed collegues have had a customer a customer ask where they insert the cash on their computer so that they can pay for their phones. No joke.

It gets old arguing with someone about something that you can't do anything about. People looking to upgrade or buy more than one iPhone online are the worst and then they complete a survey about you saying you were horrible which messes up my stats.

I could go on and vent more but alas I have customers demanding my attentions...
