i was rude to a customer....
So i was helpin a lady with an upgrade. I explained the prices that the computer show me and what she has to pay. She was unhappy...She said Best Buy can give it to her for free. So she left...
Hour later, she's back. With her new phone from Best Buy. She wants me to help her set it up and put her numbers in. I gave her this look and asked "Best Buy didnt help you out?" She said "I didn't want to bother them." To which i reply "So, you denied me commission then come back to bother me with your petty requests because Best Buy was not smart enough to do it for you???".
She asked if she wanted me to let her go back to Best Buy....i said "Yes, i have a line of customers i can earn money from"

ATTENTION CUSTOMER CARE
It's properly noted in the account that we did everything and i believe the customer is already sick of going home to hook it up to their computer. We've already done that.
Yes, you must read the custy a script for the exchange but that's it. When i hand them the phone don't question them on what we did or tell them to troubleshoot further..WE'VE DONE THAT...

Had a lady argue with me
She gets mad at me and I ask what she wants me to do about it. I'm rude, because I know she is an idiot and I know I'll see her all the time complaining about me like she is about sprint right now.
She tells me to find a better deal than sprint. So I show her our plans and she's obiously not listening and asks how much data hook up is. So I ask if she means for an air card or on the phone, and she says with a firm voice "how much is data connection" I ask again and say what do you mean on your phone or for your computer. She tells me to answer the question, so I say, it's about ten a mon...

If you can't figure this out then you aren't allowed to buy an iPhone....
First, I absolutely hate it when they can't get the name right. It's the iPhone people not the iPod! I know nothing about the iPod so don't ask.
Don't get me wrong I detest the iPhone as much as the next guy bu if someone is serious about buying it then they really need to know the name of the phone. Right?
My second point, if you don't know enough about wireless technology to know that 3G is the speed of the phone your about to buy then maybe you should stick to land line service.
My third and final point, if you can't figure out that 16GB and 32GB is referring...

I literally had someone say this today "Does the unlimited Internet plan for the iPhone include unlimited Internet?"
One of my esteemed collegues have had a customer a customer ask where they insert the cash on their computer so that they can pay for their phones. No joke.
It gets old arguing with someone about something that you can't do anything about. People looking to upgrade or buy more than one iPhone online are the worst and then they complete a survey about you saying you were horrible which messes up my stats.
I could go on and vent more but alas I have customers demanding my attentions...
