When will people learn

That there is no way around the Iphone pricing? You're either eligible for upgrade at the $199/299 price or you aren't. To which you will pay the $399/499 price. I am so tired of arguing with customers over this. Please stop escalating to me or trying to escalate above me. All you are doing is wasting my time and your time. It won't change. The company won't bend even if you have 15 lines on your account or spend $500.00 a month. If you aren't eligible, you aren't eligible. Sorry. I had one lady who had been with us since 1997. She asked me if the company would show some customer loyalty and give her the lower price. I basically got to tell her no, there is no customer loyalty when it come to the pricing. A man came in to pay his daughter's bill with his credit card. Because I work indirect, I am only able to take cash. That didn't bug him so much. He asked to know what the amount was anyway, so I looked it up in our payment program and told him. The total due to the account showed as $200-something dollars, and he flipped out. I didn't blame him, and agreed that the amount was most likely too high. I then tried to access the account through the activation program to see why it was so high, but I was locked out, and had to refer him to a corporate store. His wife comes in a couple days ago, and begins yelling at me that the guy at the corporate store told them the bill was only $60, which it is every month. She used this to draw the conclusio...

Visited the new location of Exoticphone

Well yesterday I went to New York for couple of hrs, actually I was on a business trip. My boss wanted to buy a cell phone, I told him to buy from exoticphone because I always place my orders with them..

I usually place my orders on line, but in their web site they said that they welcome local pick up thats why I took my boss and went down to their store directly, yesterday for the first time I went down to their physical location and met them personally, I really loved the environment out there.

I was surprised after I heard that they are located in the Empire State building because they shipped my last order from another location. The sales person in the store told me that they just moved in recently.

WOW. That's the only way to describe this. I'm sure you've all had similar situations, but this is just ridiculous. I really want to smack this chick, then drag her out of the door by her fake hair. I will try to give you the abridged version of the story.

So, guy and girl come in. Claim they have always had insurance on their account, but when they upgraded, the rep didn't put the insurance on the new phone. Well, as you know, with upgrades, at least with us, nothing really changes on the accout. Whatever you have eature wise will just roll over. There is no need to re-add any features in cluding insurance.

It's apparently a "big secret" that you can reset your VM password, because mom can't change her son's VM greeting because she hates it, without coming into the store, calling *611, or going online.

Let me speak to your manager...

I never understand this. I get customers all the time asking to talk to the manager and when I ask them what its regarding they say they just want to speak to the manager. When they finally speak to the manager its usually something stupid that I could have helped them with like an upgrade or a billing issue. Why do people think that they need to skip sales reps and go straight to the manager for everything?

C: My phone aint workin whatidya do cut me off?
M: What is your phone number I'll see what's going on?

I check and his bill is up to date, so I check the handset and it's powered off.

So I turn it on and call my store and what do you know... it rings!

M: Your phone is working fine now I just called my store.
C: Whatidya do cut it back on for me?
M: No your bill was paid, the power was just off on the phone.

I was afraid to insult the guy because nobody could really be that stupid, but sure enough he was.

Customer vs The Angry Worthless Employee

A customer came in angery and demanded a new phone. Then I blew up in rage and punched that customer in the face so hard that the customer imploded and dissapeared.
So when min wage went up... I almost got a raise.

Sprint's new MiFi service item...

Does anyone else feel this is asking for some serious trouble? I work for sprint (whatever) and the 5gb data limit looms in the distance with this device... I really see this being a very... very bad idea... I bet I'm going to get put on an adjustment block again cause of this crap.

makes me want to be a murderer. im a floater...and he has called me every day for the last 2 weeks...no matter what store i am at with some BULL SH*T question about his uverse that is being set up monday morning. this morning right at opening i got asked "can i still plug up my vcr and watch my movies on it?"...wtf...are you kidding me??

im tired of it

i hate cust. they make me so freakin angry they are so stupid. I hate how they say that everything is our fault and how they like to threaten to cancel just cuz we dont give them what they want (like a blackberry for free not happening). well i say go ahead its not my problem and i dont have to pay the eft of 175.00 so i dont give a flying freak. i mean we have our own problems we dont care about yours. so stop calling me about how you have no coverage thats your problem and how your kid lost his phone or downloaded 50.00 worth of ring tones and games. or how you added someone to your plan and now they wont pay part of there bill. I DONT CARE. 😡

corporate t-mobile

So I work for a third party T-mobile dealer right now and I'm going to be applying at corporate. I have a couple questions. First, how does the hiring process work, and how long does it usually take, what are the benefits like, and does anyone have any tips for the interview? Also do they drug test? This wouldn't be a problem for me but I just want to know what to expect.
