my phone dont work.....

sooo...

customer comes in with a phone issue. says the phone doesnt "do nothing". oh well. let me take a look at it here. so, what's going on? it wont do nothing....hmmm so it wont come on? yea. it died on me. i haven't had time to charge it. can you do anything? NOT UNLESS YOUR PHONE IS ON. NOW I'VE GOT TO SIT HERE AND PLUG IT IN AND STARE AT YOU FOR A COUPLA MINUTES TIL IT DOES...

jeezus christ. seriously. charge your damn phone.

Another Classic

Customer comes into store "blah, blah, blah, my phone broke they are mailing me another one. Can you charge this one for me for a few minutes and I'll be back" Me being a nice guy says sure no problem. Customer leaves and I plug in phone. After about a half an hour I look over and the phone is just re-booting itself over and over again. So I investigate... I try holding the power button...nothing...I try hitting the "clr" key a few times...nothing...took battery cover off to check for water damage and..........nothing.

Thats right there was no battery in the phone! Have you ever seen the movie Ideocracy? That is my life.

What would you do?

Had a custy come in last monday and wanted to upgrade 4 lines. Their dates were all still a month out so I offered to call and try to have C.S. move the dates. Customer said thanks but I am can't get them tonight can you move the dates tomorrow and call me. I said sure no problem. I call C.S. the next day and got all of them moved. Called back Custy and she said I want these 4 phones I said great I will put them to the side.

Today Custy Comes in with 4 new phones. " just got these offline can you program them and transfer data?"

Now I am about to murder someone. SO I politley say to the woman. "You know I had all those phones set to the side for you last week." She says "Oh really?" I said "yup and I even got all those dates moved for...

Trying to help a customer make a payment over the phone that they are perfectly capable of making even from their own handset.

"Ma'am can I please have your billing zip code?"

"Yeah its 4591 blah blah blah street"

"ok......and the zip code?"

Waived Online Act Fees

So how mad would you be if you spent an hour with a customer trying to help them port out of sprint, spent a long time on the phone with a sprint rep yourself, helped them look at phones and plans, and then because you couldnt waive the activation fees the customer bought the phone online. But not only did they buy it online they did the whole thing from your demo aircard laptop interupting with questions as you helped another customer with an upgrade and a new activation?

Someone just called me and asked if they were supposed to "remove the batteries before charging her phone."

Me: No, what made you think that?

Custy: I was reading the manual and it said removing the battery while charging it could damage it. So I wanted to make sure I wasn't supposed to do it before.

And then she asks what button to push to answer a call.

These are the times, and the people are just stupid.
There has got to be an easier way of getting money from stupid people. I'll have to invent the Sham-wow or something

I swear if someone else says, " This ios rediculous! Are you saying that I have to pay my past due before you turn my phones back on!?"
Does the electric company turn your electricty back on if you don't pay your bill? Does Visa let you keep on charging if you don't pay your bill?

had a customer just call and argue that point, as far as i know you cant, not even with the updated firmware right?

YAY!!

My call center made front page of the local paper! For firing everyone with a criminal history whom they already hired but decided to later fire. Can we say law suit? Not to mention all of the dirty laundry this place has, like for one, payroll is ALWAYS screwed up. My last check was for 10 hours and i worked 95 (in 2 week) and i complained and they simply said "You should go back to your desk if you want to keep making pay checks"...AND I NEVER GOT LOUD...im so glad the news is out now though.

I took a glance into ymy back account yesterday and saw that T Mobile had quietly pulled $400 out of my account for an ETF I was not supposed to be charged. I did everything I could to prevent something like this from happening when I cancelled the account.

I called back 4 times to confirm the balance was $0.

Nevertheless I was robbed, not billed, robbed.

When I called yesterday after I saw what they did, it took 5 more calls (after being hung up on and outsourced) to get someone to finally set up a refund thAT wont make its way back into my account for 7 to 10 days

WTF is that. Is that legal?

I was at work about 2 days ago I'm wearing work shirt the name tag I'm sporting the logo the whole 9 yards right and this customer walks right up to me and asks "do you work here" well i wouldn't be here if i didn't some people if you have another experience please share i love to here about the dumb **** customers do and ask

Wish I got paid!

Here's to getting paid commissions. The company I work for pays us bogus hourly wage plus bonuses that increase the more we surpass our goals. In theory, it's not a bad system, but when I sell 62 phones in a month, with at least 1 accessory per, I shouldn't get paid less than someone else just because he did 5 bajillion rate plan changes and sold less than 1 phone per shift they worked. I made the company way more money.

I absolutely hate it when i see people who remove the phone from their head and hold the mic portion to their face. It's stupid. The people on the other end can hear you perfectly fine. (this also applies to idiots who do this on speaker phone)

MILITARY PERSONNEL - not everywhere gives a discount. It's a job your chose. I don't get a T-Mo discount everywhere I go. Also, I've been in the military, you are in uniform.....EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT ON BASE YOU MUST ACT LIKE YOU ARE. YOU REPRESENT THE MILITARY AND UNITED STATES. NEXT TIME YOU FEEL THE NEED TO SHOW YOUR @#& AND CUSS IN MY STORE AND THREATEN, I WILL CONTACT YOUR COMMANDING OFFICER.

This made my stomach turn

I just had a customer come in scratching his arm like crazy... I looked passed it until he got ready to leave and said "sorry bout the skin on your counter... damn sun". Seriously a pile of dead skin on my counter. I just hosed it with disinfectant spray. Disgusting.
