now i'm not saying everyone knows exactly what their credit score is but don't come in and waste my time then get pissed off when i tell you there is a $500 deposit per line...i understand being surprised by $75-$150 but $500 means you have not paid anybody...ever!!!!

this would be a great job if it wasn't for the customers!!!

I just had a customer come in wanting to pay her daughters bill. While I was trying to explain why her bill was so high she was practically screaming.. "I HAVE TO PEE!". Over and over again.

After she dashes away while im right in the middle of a sentence(she doesnt pay the bill BTW) my co worker shows up who is about the same size and build as me.

So I filled him in with what had happend then told him to act like he had just spoken with her( I thought we could pull it off, she was dim witted). Not so much it would have been in bad taste to mess with her though. 🤣

That lady was so mad. I saw her in the parking lot 15min later getting into the passenger side of a cargo van with 15 other people in it.

After almost a year there, I no longer work for Asurion. And all I can say is Take your cell phone and shove it up your ass you whiney little brats lol. 🤤 Though the company itself was good to me....to never have to talk to another moron who dropped his/her phone in the toilet is SOOOO sweet. I dont know what Im going to do now, I have a check for 5k sitting in front of me so Im cool for a bit, but the cell phone industry is NOT for me.

Why the hell isnt Nokia making any CDMA phones, Verizon is the boggiest
cellphone company in america now and i think that Nokia should look towards making phones more available to CDMA users!!

I am in the midst of deciding on how many carriers to have for my prepay location in the York PA area and am curious as to what exposure is out there on the prepay side. So far I have decided on boost and virgin. is there any other worthwhile carriers out there that are known of for service? With the credit issues in this area I keep going back to prepay and not worrying about chargebacks

Does anyone know how to change the automatic retrieval setting for email on the e71x? Per Nokia it should be changable but I can't find the instructions on their sit and every time I call in a custie walks in.

I have two lines on my account. The primary line (my line) isn't eligible for upgrade until Jan. 2010. The other line is eligible August of this year.

My question is:

Could I upgrade to an iPhone on the second line and use it on the primary line?

I do this all the time with other phones as the secondary line is my grandmothers and she doesn't care what phone she has. However, I remember that with the original iPhone, you could only use the SIM card assigned to the phone.

So Asurion is tha main insurance for alot of the big 4. Recently (at least for VZW) their coverage rates and device qualifications changed. Good for some but overpriced for others.

Anyways at my locations we have been retailing an insurance by the name of protectcell. Like the asurion it has levels of phones (standard, Camera, PDA). The difference is in the cost

1. You pay for service up front
2. The cost varies based on 1 or two year coverage plans.

Anyways so far I have been very successful in selling this as it is cheaper pretty much across the board in comparison to Asurion. Also a portion of the sale counts to...

I have had more customers come back monthly for T MO the last few days than ever before. Which is really strange, usually as long as you havnt murdered your mom, or worked construction T Mobile will let you sign a contract. Either I need to stop working in the ghetto, or T Mobile is raising thier credit standards

does anybody know how long after you do your drug test at sprints call centers you hear back?

just curious after a few calls with agents dead against replacing a cus sim card. Question to store reps,is there a problem when it comes to giving a cus a sim replacement? 😕
