ATT Call Center Employees

Are any of you having the big issues i am with phones? 11 dropped calls and calls are back to back. been here for 2 well almost 3 hours now and have 39 calls 👀

Check the plug in the back of your head and make sure that it is all the way in... 👀

I am taking b2b escalations calls. And in our normal cue it is 170 something at some point. Go iphone... 👿

Everyone feels they should be entitled to the phone at discounted rates. If you want it so bad pay the early upgrade price or the full price.

Or.. you know, just use your current phone until you can upgrade.

But stay strong guys! The less you give into customers, the better off everyone will be. If a customer knows they can get anything by bitching, there will be no end to it.
