my phone dont work.....
sooo...
customer comes in with a phone issue. says the phone doesnt "do nothing". oh well. let me take a look at it here. so, what's going on? it wont do nothing....hmmm so it wont come on? yea. it died on me. i haven't had time to charge it. can you do anything? NOT UNLESS YOUR PHONE IS ON. NOW I'VE GOT TO SIT HERE AND PLUG IT IN AND STARE AT YOU FOR A COUPLA MINUTES TIL IT DOES...

That was in Dec and I have yet to see them, the funny part was they kept telling me a girl in my same store helped them set it up.... we don't have any girls working in my store besides my manager and she refuses to do pre paid and will give any sell to us for commission anyways.

yeah, i got into an arguement a couple weeks ago with someone who had a iphone with a broken screen and was upset i couldnt give them another for free... we argued for a good 15 minutes, yelling and all.... the worst part about the story is that i work at vzw

Mindless drones, they get the "trendy" ipone because society tells them to, corporate america tells them to. They are dumb mindless consumers that don't even know which carrier has the iphone. They don't think anymore, just do what is trendy, and for some reason its trendy and popular to yell at the cell phone industry
