none customers who get a call by mistake.

How often do you get a person calling because they got an auto dialed call for someone else and now the cranky old lady that has had the # for 40 years is yelling that we have to stop trying to charge them because there with company X. come on its called a wrong number........... get over it.......

Back to the grind...sort of

So it's been over a year since I've worked wireless and finally got back to what i love doing... Managed to land the absolute weasiest job a wireless jockey could ever land! No handling inventory, No cash handling, AND credit is soo good amongst the customer that ONE DEP HAS BEEN TAKEN IN 6 MOS!

Customer 1 Repeat Land Line Bill Pay we do not do these have never will never stop coming here asking when we will I have told you this already.

Customer 2 Non English speaking pre pay time add, awesome get back in your brand new honda accord with performance parts and tear out of here with your car sounding like a weed whacker.

And that ligh that keeps turning itself off that needs to be hit with a stick before it turns back on is mocking me again.

I dont understand why some customers think that if they call their cell phone company/computer company/any company they are pissed at, and scream and yell and curse at the rep, that they are actually going to accomplish anything. If you call me and have a bad attitude, I don't want to help you. In fact, I am going to tell you NO to all of your requests because you are being a jerk. If you are nice to me, Im going to do what I can for you, in fact I will try to do more.

Anyone feel the same way?

I hate the holidays

My check will be smaller because we are closed for Christmas and New Years.

Every where I go it is so crowded and I don't like crowds.

Customers are on edge.

what the h3ll is wrong with you guys!!! are you all that stupid and is there not one of you who does your job??? i took over double my usual daily calls yesterday due to the bb data outages and teh fact that not a one of you idiots thought to check for outages, do your job dont dump it on me.
and to those complete idiots who knew about the outage but trans me the call see if theres any thing i cn do anyways because the custy "is a dr/lawyer/etc"...are you fu(king retarded??? AN OUTAGE IS AN OUTAGE AND THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO THATS WHY IT SAYS DONT TRANSFER TO TECH!!!!

Holiday Hours

I just found out my dept is staying open tomorrow ๐Ÿ˜ข , anyone else out there feeling that pain? I've worked holidays before. I just love getting yelled at for calling on a holiday. Any suggestions on an opening line? I've tried this before:
"This is (agent name) calling from (company name) reguarding your holiday request, are you able to talk right now or are you too busy kicking puppies?
No one notices the kicking puppies part because they are too busy screaming at me for waking them up ๐Ÿ˜ข .

To everyone that doesnt celebrate Christmas please dont yell and scream and act like a loser when calling today; remember that you may just try and steal peoples happiness. Why not wait until Monday to give us a call? Your bill will still not be paid by monday even if you call us today.

Sprint Discounts

Does anybody know what the deal is for friends/family of IBM employees? I had a customer who visited a corporate Sprint store and they informed him that because he is a friend of an IBM employee, he is also eligible to receive the discount.
Does anybody know of this, and what are the qualifications?

working [in retail] ruins the holidays

remember when we were little?

we counted down the days till christmas, made wish lists with the toys we saw on TV, make cookies with our mom, sing along to christmas songs in the car, and ate till we were sick on christmas day? we would wake up at 4:00AM to run upstairs and shake our presents until mom and dad got up at 6:00.

and now?

we count down the days until christmas is OVER.
we start LOATHING the christmas music playing over the mall speakers and would almost even be willing to have britney spears songs stuck in our head than listen to "frosty the snowman" for the 30th time that day.
we never have time to go make cookies with Mom, as we are working ten or twelve hour days.
our christmas lists include things like "new car f...
