Dear customer care,

I cannot do exchange for an order placed on line, from retentions, from the store, or from your department. if it was not placed in clm, i cannot exchange it. also, i do not match on line prices, no department can. please do the right thing and not take money out of my pocket by messing up my conversion rate. i try hard not to send people to you if i know you cannot help. please think twice before dialing my number, thank you.

how do u guys feel about tech reps???

so we all know cus service hates store agent and vise versa. So how do u guys feel about Tech support??? of course cus care hates us because we have an "attitude" after u do all the troubleshooting and still cant figure out why somethings not working...ADD THE D*** FEATURE..., but what about our fellow store reps, how do you guys feel about tech reps? i have no hatred for most store reps calling tech, usually simple requests like cus bb username/password thats about it, the occasional idiot store reps want tech for account isuues they consider "technical issues" but i understand i never speak with the smart store reps since they obviously don't make invalid calls. thatsmy opinion whats yours

Rules of sales. Input Please

I work with a bunch of new sales reps that are not aggressive in their job and the take exception to the fact that i may be overly aggressive they believe we should take turns which i agree but when i jump in front of them because they are talking to each other they get mad and say i am not fair that its their sales and should give them to them. keep in mind they are new and Ive been doing this for sometime. all replies are welcomed

Perfect Cellular Company

Ok, I had an interesting conversation recently that got me thinking a little bit. People are always arguing At&t is better or Verizon is better, etc. So if you could have your perfect wireless carrier what kind of policies would it have? Types of rate plans,and phones. Why would it be perfect for you?

(I want you to actually think about this. Don't post dumb stuff like free phones whenever I want them, and unlimited everything for $10. Be realistic)

Are we hitting the 2 year mark for the iphone?

I have done 38 port ins for ATT since Black friday.

of my 54 acts 38 of them are port over from ATT

Customer care reps

I respect the job you do. You regularly have to deal with customers that aren't in the best of moods... "You screwed up my bill!" "I want a credit!" "Do ___ or I'm gonna cancel!" Plus I understand a bunch of you just got laid off. Merry Christmas, love Sprint!!


I try very hard to not bother you with issues I CAN deal with, even though they do not make me a sale, plan swaps, ESN swaps, why is my bill so high? etc. etc..

However (of course, ya had to see this coming) I can not EVER issue a credit or an adjustment or move someone's eligibility for upgrade (outside 14 days) or equipment returns. EVER. Its not that I'm not supposed to, I cannot access that part of the program. PERIOD.

Pretty please don't send me these customers...

Customer calls in responding to a Voicemail from research being completed by my dept.

Custy: I'm disputing these international text messaging charges to Korea ๐Ÿ‘ฟ .
Me: Sure let me look at these text messages and see why your being charged this....
Is there a specific reason your dialing 82 before text messaging ๐Ÿคจ ?
Custy: Yeah so people can see my caller id when I call them. I have all my contacts saved with *82 at the beginning ๐Ÿ‘ฟ !
Me: You realize that 82 is the country code for korea? ๐Ÿคจ
Custy: No โ˜น๏ธ
Me: It is, charges are valid ๐Ÿ˜ˆ !

The never ending battle between care and stores

I have heard both ends of it. From both ends. I have been care. I am now a sales rep. Are either of our jobs easy? No. Are there things that the other side could do to make it easier? Yes. Are they going to happen? Probally not. I know that I hated it in care when a store wouldnt say anything about an upgrade fee or that a blackberry requires a data package. I know I hate it now when a care rep tells a customer they can get a free phone at my store. Here's my opinion of the whole thing: Without stores and sales reps and phone sales departments, there would be no need for care. If there was no care, then all stores would deal with would be care issues and there would be no way we would have time to sell phones to people, so care...
