i do not like customers who start off like this...

I do my job very well. I make a satisfactory amount every month..but i refuse to deal with customers who start off like this...

Cust: *walks in* Tell me what are you going to offer me that will make me leave ___Mobile/Wireless.

Right off the bat that just doesn't feel right. It's like i'm supposed to lick that @$$hat's feet or something.

NEW VZW DATA POLICY

Any of you see this? More than half of the line-up is going to require an email and data feature. I am a huge supporter of Big Red but even this seems greedy.

another annoying fact....

I hate when a customer comes in and is talking on their phone. Then they put their finger up as to say to me hold on I'm busy. If you are walking into a store that has no aisles DONT BE ON UR PHONE!!!!! its rude.

Anyone else have to deal with this?

Questions to ATT Corporate Store Agents

Since ATT has been selling the GAB devices the sim cards lock to those certain device for 180 days. So when the device is broken or messed up and technical support is unable to unlock the sim cards; we are told to send over to you guys so you guys could unlock the sim cards without having the device it is locked to. Is this true? I have lot of calls when customer came from the store bΓƒΒ’Γ’β€šΒ¬β€Βing about how the store agents were not able to unlock the sim card. If it is true, how the hell do you guys do it?

Cust just told me

"One day you'll be ashamed to say you worked here" then in the next breathe "I'll be back next week for the 9700 to upgrade to"

His major complaint was about pricing and some how Obama being president fit into our pricing.

Dumb people being sold smartphones

What chaps my hide are all the people who really shouldn't have smartphones who do.

I'm talking about people who have no idea what a browser is. People who think they're using Windows 98 on their PC. People who don't have PCs, who can't use the accompanying software to backup their contact info, then give the smartphone to their 13 year old twit kid, who then proceeds to lock the device because they think the locking pattern is a video game, thus requiring a complete factory reset of the device and a loss of the contact info. People who give their 12 year old daughter a smartphone for Christmas, who then takes it out in the rain the next day and ruins it.

And all these people want ME to fix their problem.

It's called -

1. Do res...

Legal or not?

For our prem. retailer, the employees take the Datascape and daily cash deposits to the bank.

I took the deposit Monday and someone else took it Friday. Now the daily and datascape deposit for Monday and Tuesday are missing.

I explained that I COULDN'T have lost it on the Monday but my employer is considering taking out money from my check to cover the lost amounts.

Legal or not with an explanation? I'm moving to a different state soon so job be damned if they give me an ultimatum of pay or get fired.

I CAN NOT SET UP YOUR UNLOCKED PHONES

I get multiple calls a day from people with unlocked Blackberry Storms, or those cheap Chinese iPhone knockoffs. Regardless as to which phone it is, unless it states AT&T on the device we can not get our system to recongize it, period.

So your Storm will not work with our help.

Can you get a Storm to work on the AT&T network, sure, can I help you in doing so. Nope.

Thanks, any billing reps who transfer these calls to me will be reported for an invalid transfer.

Have a nice day.

do you have? NO.

I work in a kiosk location sometimes. Granted its small but it's alright. Given that it's a kiosk, we don't carry all the stuff that a full store does. I know everything we have and exactly where it's at and i HATE when this happens..

M: Ofcourse
C: Idiot Customer #458752125549887159874155741

M: Hi,...blah blah
C: Do you have cases/chargers for this (pulls out 99 year old device)
M: No sir, unfortunately we don't.
C: Why?
M: well the manufacturer phased out that device and revamped their chargers 3 years ago.
C: You sure? (starts pointing to randwom sh#t in the kiosk) Is that one?
M: No.
C: What about that?'
m: No.
c: That one there???
M: No.

At this point i'm annoyed but still offer to look up the customers account to do...
