My Call time

We don't have call time requirements, in fact, they want us to talk longer.

BUT...
NO ONE WANTS TO TALK TO ME TODAY!!! "Just transfer me to blah blah blah" If you wanted that department then why didn't you press THAT button???!!!!! 😈


My after call time is gonna suck today. My supervisor warned us not to take too many calls today, he just didn't say how 😁 😁

That's cool!

They aren't super rigid at call time but the end of each month they give us a progress report thingy and my call time dropped in November vs October. And my Quality Assurance remained the same, so I'm happy!

My supervisor isn't super ridgid either. But if your after call time or aux time is too long horns shoot out of his head 🙂

Congrats! We actually get paid per call and goal is 6.5 minutes.
