pay already blows. don't think they can make it worse... but they've proven me wrong before. I've got a bunch of people to switch even if it does cost a little more.. call it my amazing sales quality.. but the plans don't work for everybody (myself included) - so don't switch.. the end.

WoW! What started all your issues with agents? You need to stop assuming all agents are the same... that's what started this whole thing. We pride ourselves in our customer service and we were way ahead of US Cellular and "Mythos". Grow up and shut up. :evil:

i get the point of the first post.. and as much as i love uscc.. i have to agree. it's not about the cost.. it's how we're suppose to be better.. and raising prices on phones and texting and plans.. that's not getting better... it's about making more money.. mythos went out the window with this change. :cry:

USCC (who's not purchased by VZW) also offers unlimited for 59.99. But I will be the first to admit it's as slow (and not quite as amusing) as watching paint dry. :D

VZW blows chunks. Even with the gain of Alltel.. which is not in my market.. VZW will not be able to compete with rural coverage like USCC. Not to mention how much cheaper plans are.. not to mention how USCC national plans are the same as VZW.. not to mention - shut up and go away. :D

I have the pearl.. as soon as a used a curve comes available.. I will be buying it. It's just the the pearl in all of the things you asked about it.. and I LOVE my BBerry! I want the full keyboard and the screen is bigger.. I'm excited for it. :-)...

After a few complaints from custys about not getting a "better" deal for returning and staying with USCC... we as an agent are offering discounts for accessories.. Nothing we can do on handset pricing.. but it works.

I LOVE USCC! I carried them long before I started working for them. It's the cheapest plan and no carrier can touch my plan and price. I have never had an issue that couldn't be fixed. The phones may not be the "coolest" but I love my Blackberry and wouldn't trade it for any touch screen phone (which we have one now). The phones do what they need to - make and receive calls. We have the best reception ...

not all agents are the same. The agent I work for has a strong relationship (in a good way) with the retail here. It does suck for that location to be so stupid and not sell a BBerry.. Guess they're not into making money.. Take your business to another location.. Like here in Des Moines.. I'll help you.. and give awesome customer service! Not to mention.. You can change/add/remove features or plan mid contract. There is not any contract extensions for doing that. Phones can only be done so often. As far as BBerry changes.. you'll have to wait and see. :D

Had a customer come in 10 till 5 (the time we close on the weekends) and I had no issue helping her. At five I shut off the open signs while still helping her set up a new phone. I'll never carry anything but a BBerry when it comes to a smart phone. The main reason why I won't boot it - cause of the messaging. I love BBerry messaging. You are so wrong on why agents are leaving St Loius. Learn your facts. :roll: As far as commissions - I'm very happy with how I am paid. I make as much or more than retail.I can't say that for any other agents; maybe I work for the best agent. :D

Razr2 (v9m) has better camera and higher resolution screen. Why not just get that? As far as getting that phone.. haven't heard anything on it.
