WoW! What started all your issues with agents? You need to stop assuming all agents are the same... that's what started this whole thing. We pride ourselves in our customer service and we were way ahead of US Cellular and "Mythos". Grow up and shut up. :evil:

i get the point of the first post.. and as much as i love uscc.. i have to agree. it's not about the cost.. it's how we're suppose to be better.. and raising prices on phones and texting and plans.. that's not getting better... it's about making more money.. mythos went out the window with this change. :cry:

USCC (who's not purchased by VZW) also offers unlimited for 59.99.
But I will be the first to admit it's as slow (and not quite as amusing) as watching paint dry. :D

VZW blows chunks. Even with the gain of Alltel.. which is not in my market.. VZW will not be able to compete with rural coverage like USCC. Not to mention how much cheaper plans are.. not to mention how USCC national plans are the same as VZW.. not to mention - shut up and go away. :D

After a few complaints from custys about not getting a "better" deal for returning and staying with USCC... we as an agent are offering discounts for accessories.. Nothing we can do on handset pricing.. but it works.

I LOVE USCC! I carried them long before I started working for them. It's the cheapest plan and no carrier can touch my plan and price. I have never had an issue that couldn't be fixed. The phones may not be the "coolest" but I love my Blackberry and wouldn't trade it for any touch screen phone (which we have one now). The phones do what they need to - make and receive calls. We have the best reception ...

You can change/add/remove features or plan mid contract. There is not any contract extensions for doing that. Phones can only be done so often. As far as BBerry changes.. you'll have to wait and see. :D
