Agents No More

usccspy

It looks like agent locations are starting to dry up at USCC. St. Louis was taken over and now it is coming to Oklahoma.
If you work for ABS please starting looking for new employment. Roger will be the big winner of adding to his fortunes and everyone in the organization will be unemployed. Talk about employee satisfaction.

Agents aren't going anywhere. Do you even know every detail about agents leaving St. Lious? I doubt it. You wouldn't have made such a stupid comment if you did. 🙄

Sounds like another rumor. ABS is a great company to work for. They do care about me and my team. They show it everyday. I love my job and my team. This is a great company.

Tell me something that I don't know. I mean just because agents are leaving the St. Louis market does not mean that will be closing all over. In fact.. I know agents will not be closing. And again, who knows all of the facts about St. Loius? I do. 😲

Agent locations are being switched to corporate because they are unable to provide exceptional customer service and in most cases, the agency has been financially rewarded beyond what they were entitled. In other words, it is easy to manipulate the system (activation reports, renewals, etc.) to get paid more than owed. It helps when you have hired former USCC employees (especially in commissions) and maintain "positive relationships" with current employees. Unfortunately most people can be tempted for a few dollars.
If your agency is so wonderful and great, ask the owner for a copy of their contract with USCC to see how THEY are paid for activations and renewals. Ask to see their bonus structure. Until you see the actual, verified docu...

You are so wrong on why agents are leaving St Loius. Learn your facts. 🙄
As far as commissions - I'm very happy with how I am paid. I make as much or more than retail.I can't say that for any other agents; maybe I work for the best agent. 😁

Sounds like usccspy is a retail loser. Gets ordered around every day trying to keep their job. Very jealous. If they are secure with their job and life, they would not have to down grade others to make themselves feel better. Retail and agents both provide excellent customer service. It is to bad that USC has an insecure cancer on their team that is just unhappy with life.

We need to quit responding to this idiot.
