I know all about the iPhone. I am just sick and tired of these dumb people who are getting the iPhone and don't know anything about what they are getting. I just don't feel like arguing with the customer about the fact that it was blasphemy what she wanted to happen.
It isn't because I am lazy.
It is beause I was fustrated and since I am here by myself I couldn't give her to someone else here.
I explained to her that she needs iTunes, and she didn't want to do that. That is the extent of my help for her. If she doesn't want to do it, then she is going to prob return it.

You have to remember they will charge you double minues if you put someone on hold. Also if you send one text to everyone in your phonebook. It is quite easy.

I was talking to a customer, and they actually was listening to me. I told them everything. They were nice and answer all my questions correctly. They understood everything. When I was done they bought what they needed, and actually thank me for my help.
Then I woke up, and came to work.

That is because you have the Euro/Asia Version
My guess is that you live in the US. So all of your items prob. operates/are region 1 dics and items while they phone and software is region 2. Buy region free stuff.
I have the same problem.
To make it worst, people have to walk down a long hall to get to the bathroom. I get people asking me, "Do i have to walk all the way down to go to the bathroom?" It is annoying. They also get mad when you don't know what they want.

Actually
Rollover is really good. People use their phone more different times of year. I got a lot of family who comes down for the holidays, so they are always calling me for directions and stuff. I also use my phone more when I am out of school rather when I am in school full time. So I got rollover minutes to catch me when I go over.

They wanted to hire me, but I have too many problems with them. Here they do SunCom.
1) They are quick to turn off one account and just open another, because they only have a 15 day pay period with the company.
2) They don't care about you unless you are setting up service.
