I hate when the owner's friends come to shop.
I really hate it. They feel they should get this special treatment. Plus, I dealt with him another time. I know I appear young. I am 20, and youngest one here, but I know a lot about phones and electronics. I got a raise because my owner was happy I was able to replace her IT guy. Sooooo if she sends you to me to tell you the problem with your phone, then I am prob. right. I tell you the reason that you can't put music from your phone, I won't call cs!

This pretty much sums it up. We come here to vent about customers that are complete tools. They are the bad part of this industry (and your name pretty much shows me that you are a part of this group) and without somewhere to vent, most of us would go insane. If you don't like the discussions that go on in here, let me be the first to invite you to stop reading and leave.
