Dear Customer...

Thank you for helping me stay employed in these hard times, I really appreciate it. In order to provide you with the best customer service possible, I'd like to request a few things from you in exchange:

+ Please don't make me pretend to be a dentist in order to get any kind of information from you; it's not very nice, it's counterproductive to the both of us and you're cutting off your own nose to spite your face. Please work with me and just answer my questions with something other than. "no." "Yes." "Sure." "Nope."

+ Do not assume I know why you are calling; I can rarely see an account immediately and if you're a 0 abuser, then you're going to be silly for assuming that I can read your minds. I am in customer service, not on Miss C...

Sick of people

So it's a Sunday and I've just spoken to 15 completely idiotic people in a row and I'm just f'ing ready to walk out of here and find a different job.

I'm in sales and out of 15 calls, 2 were spanish speakers who couldn't figure out how to push the number 2(even though it's spoken in spanish), 3 were customer care reps who barely spoke English and transferred the customer to me because they couldn't understand them, and the remainder were idiots who wanted the price for service in a few months from now or wanted me to tell them what the price of a phone would be in a store near their house.

My pay is determined by what percentage of calls I close and I'm losing money by the minute today.

After this many idiots in a row...I'm getting ...

Blackberry Curve2

I have a Blackberry Curve 2 and it is frozen. I have taken the battery out and put it back in and when it starts up it is asking for permission to look at a few applications or something like that. I cannot allow it or block it. I cannot move the cursor or move to the allow button. It does not allow me to press the end key to get around it or anything. It is just stuck there. I can press the shift key and the phone shows the next letter I type will be capitalized in the top right corner of the screen and the background is still moving.

HEY STUPID CUSTOMER!

WISE UP OR GET OUT OF MY STORE!

😈

Why would you say you want a particular phone (in this case the Nexus ONE) and then ask me a bunch of questions thereafter which tell me you know NOTHING about cellular service in general.

Just get out. We close in 6 minutes!

The perils of being a responsible adult....

So it seems like I'm the only responsible person here at my store and the other employees take advantage of that. They think its totally ok to call me 15 minutes before they are supposed to be here and get me to cover for them. But when I get sick, they won't cover for me. Well no more. It's bullcorn!

VENT

Why must you come in and ask 30 zillion questions only to drop the line thanks I am going to go order this online. Do I need to wear a freakin sign that says I AM A COMMISIONED SALES PERSON!!! The phone is the same price here and I will even help you set it up. Take a good look at my face becasue I'll sure as heck remember yours and give you ZERO customer service when you come back into my store with that phone you bought online.

Thanks

Kent

Dear Customer

I have no problem with assisting you and even letting you vent just a little, but when it comes time for me to provide you with info that will benefit you then it's time for you to shut the hell up.

Now, I'm probably the nicest CSR you'll come across but as soon as you make me have one of my many hot flashes then I will no longer deal with your ignorance.

I'll do everything in my power to get you what you want, but as soon as you start screaming and disrespecting me then it's time for me to just not care and get you the hell off my line.

Your CSR,

Free Phone Request

Customer writes to us to inform us he wants an HTC EVO. If not he is going to Verizon. I wanted to write him back with "okay, good bye sir" or "okay sir I will ship you our most hard to find phone immediately". 🙄

I imagine everyone gets a person like this. Makes me wonder what people are thinking.

phone deleting text messages

Hey Guys,
Hope someone can help with this (I've never ran across it before).
I have a customer who has a pantech matrix and she told me that her phone just started deleting text messages on it's own. She says that she hasn't changed any settings (I couldn't find any anyway)on the phone.
Has anyone ran across this issue before, and if so do you have a cause and a remedy?
Thanks

Metro Pcs Store Reps/ Care Reps

I don't know what type of training your recieveing but your all idiots.

Asurion can not track phones, we do not a have a gps system with the phone number, we do not have access to the billing acct to suspend your line, change the mobile number, or to accept payments for the billing acct.

Please stop calling in getting ACTING upset because the cx has to complete a claim affidavit, and don't lie and say you've nevere had a customer that has had to do one when your the same rep I spoke with yesterday about assisting a cx with her claim affidavit.

Your all idiots. 😡

To the Store Rep...

Who just told my customer she had to pay $115.00 to get a phone swapped and have insurance put on it, in cash, at that moment?

Shame on you and I hope you're still in there when she gets back to the store; you deserve every word thrown at you.

Battery for a Sibberick

Me: Thanks for calling, my name is Steve. May I have your name please?

Cust: No, you don't need my name

Me: Ok, how can I help you.

Cust: I need a battery for a Sibberick

Me: Sibberick?

Cust: yes

Me: Do you know the manufacturer?

Cust: No

Me: (searching and slashing my wrists). I don't have any phones by that name. Did you maybe mean a "Sidekick"?

Cust: Maybe..how much is a battery for that one?

Me: Would you kindly "f" off and die, whatever your name is?

No Your the Idiot

Why would you give your 8 year old an $400 smart phone?

Then complain about paying a deductible because your son fell on it while playing outside.

A kid that young does not deserve a phone like that unless he bought it himself with his own hard earned money. I mean come on, he's 8.

Whats wrong with him just having a messenger of just some cheap little flip phone. HE"S 8 lady.

And please stop yelling at me because VSG just notated the acct stating that there was no insurance at the time of lost.

OK so just because you added the insurance today doesn't mean the phone is covered when it happened two days ago.

Please get the hell off my line, I'm just doing ot and I'm already tired and don't want to release the line.

And no...

We can not do anything if they just got the phone last month and already hate it! Also,if you say you are going to transfer someone over, don't disconnect me from the customer. Learn your job Care!!
