it's a geography fail customer
My colleague had a call wherein a customer is blaming Sprint and the manufacturer for designing a phone that has a smooth back cover. She said if we didn't manufacture a phone like that, then it should've not slipped from her daughter's hand and landed on the toilet bowl when her daughter went to the bathroom with it. 😕
Like I said, blame anyone but themselves.
STILL don't know why it is Ron's fault that she has to pay a deductible, but, I hope he got his cut.
That would be the first time I've ever heard a customer blame a president for having to pay a deductible, but today is still young. lol
Just had a customer stating that if we would have called her to adv her that if she trew her own phone then it wouldn't be replaced and she had a deductible of (get this) $35. I know times are hard but come on $35 dollars isn't anything compared to $125 with my carrier.
Anyways,
She's upset with Asurion because we didn't contact her once she signed up to explain all the coverage details to her.
