Quiet!

I am so sick of people who whine they aren't getting treated fairly. They have been with Sprint a long time so they deserve to be treated special. I'm sorry,2 years is not a long time! If you would have thought things through you would not be in the place right now. I have accessories to help my phone. I know my phone has a crap battery life so I got a car charger. I know my phone is smooth so I have a case to help hold on to it! I also know when my upgrade is. I know how to do my research. Take a minute and look up the phones. Look at what you need vs what you want. There is a difference! And don't complain if you get transfered. It's not my fault the idiot before you had no idea what you wanted! WHY LIE???

I've had a whole bunch of people who have just been flat out lied to by other reps. The last call I had was a woman who was told by some other sales rep that the Sanyo 2700 plays facebook games and has Nextel on it too. Really?? Are you that stupid or are you just saying that to get the sale?? This is crap. I also can not upgrade a customer 6 months early because they don't like their phone! Whoever you people are,just shut your mouth and walk out of the building now and don't look back! đŸ‘ŋ đŸ‘ŋ đŸ‘ŋ đŸ‘ŋ

Cust: I just ordered me one of those web stick thingies and now I want to swap it out for a faster one.

Me: Sir, it looks as though you have the fastest one available already

Cust: Are you sure the 2.0 thing a ma jig is the fastest? I think I want to trade it out for the other one

Me: You do have the fastest available. I'd be happy to trade out your "web stick thingie" for the slower one if you like.

Cust: nawww..I guess I'll just keep it if you say it's the fastest

Me: Have a great day(thinking to myself.."go "f" yourself with your web stick thingie")

Ya ever notice

that the people that complain about being a lt customer are the 1 yr old 5 np suspensions customers

It's never(usually) the customers that have been customer's since the 80's have 7 lines and pay 80$ per line and have never been late that say that

Things Sprint Stores Should Not Promise

We in customer service love you for being on the team and being so nice to customers, really, we do. But... there's a boundary that shouldn't be crossed or we are going to be Very Unhappy with you. Here is a list of things I have experienced that has made me want to scowl and chew out my fellow employees under the company when I see them in the stores:

1. Do NOT tell the customer that we will credit them the Activation Fee or the Upgrade Fee. We don't do that. We're not allowed to do that as per company policy and you're going to only hurt yourself in the long run; we'll be send the rather irate customer back to you and your manager to handle it.

2. Do not tell the customer we will credit them their rebate when they swap a newly upgrad...

You know what I hate?

Customers who refuse to add the insurance to their phones when they get it, then start screaming at me when they break their phone in two. It's your fault you broke your phone, not mine. It's your fault that you didn't want the insurance, not mine. At this point it's your responsibility to replace your phone, not mine.

This is the stupidest f*cking thing I've EVER heard

We've been allowed to pricematch the website in my dept, but only if the cust tried to place an order and couldn't and got an error message. So I asked my sup to override the price because the phone is out of stock online and we have it in our system, and she said yes. Then not 5 minutes later, as I was finishing the order, she tells me we can't do that because the phone being out of stock online is not a good enough reason to give the cust the phone for a penny. 😲 đŸ˜ŗ đŸ‘ŋ SERIOUSLY????? Way to screw me out of my sale guys. 😡

Sprint CS Reps

Please stop telling customers our location is a corporate/repair center.

I realize some customers are STUPID and don't know that when the front doors of a business (or any building for that matter) face a particular street, their address is ON said street. I also recognize not all customers have common sense, and therefore do not read the HUGE numbers right above our door before coming in to ask if we do repairs.

But I ALSO know a lot of center reps are LAZY and just look at the first store that pops up in their locator and tell the customer where to go.

FYI, there are SIX stores in this area that sell Sprint. Four of said stores are BRANDED by Sprint, and only one of those four (included in the original SIX) is an actual corporate ...

Yep I have a mobile phone.. pulls out analog bag phone.. i've never used it but i'm glad to have it if i ever need it..i don't get charged till i use it that's why i haven't recieved a bill since 1992

can i have the phone that does not transform into an evil robot....but i saw it happen in transformers..

i get interference on my phone.. it sounds like that interference from ID4 ..Can you call and warn the government they stopped accepting the charges....

In the past 2 days

I have had two people say they are going to get ahold of the CEO of AT&T,
1st guy said 'I'm am going to find his office and go there with a shotgun and explain to his the stress and depression this has made me fall into and then blow My Own Head Off. How does that make you feel?'

2nd dude "I'm guna find the CEO and give him a right ear full because You People cannot set up accounts properly, you got my address wrong you cannot make changes to my account because I have been with you all for less then 30 days."


I mean WTF PEOPLE. You are all Pu$$ies, you have no balls if you have to call in an b!tch out a lady who is trying to resolve your issues...

i am alone in the bay, my teamm8s went home 4hrs earlier than me and worst is i'm the only tenured agent left on the floor and recieving all the calls they can transfer to me because they cannot let newbies take this shhiityyy calls

if i can just change my schedule i would or rather just be absent for a day đŸ‘ŋ đŸ‘ŋ

but anyway, i'll resign soon i think i'll just bare with this for a month then good bye Sprint, but i'll miss all my friends here â˜šī¸ â˜šī¸ â˜šī¸

dont get us wrong, we love Sprint, it's just the management in our center that we don't like.
