If I tell you one more damn time to call, just do it and shut your mouth

I have told you repeatedly that our Order Verification department, if you lie to me again saying you called, when there are no notes of you calling, and our reps calling you and you not answering, I will be more than happy to just close the chat on you. if it is too hard for you to comprehend, you do not need service.

Abike, and i totally butchered her name. i said (a bike), and she said it is pronounced ( a bee kay). i lmoa after the call. ๐Ÿคฃ

Don't you love being put on hold by a customer?

WTF is wrong with people? I've had 4 callers ask me questions and then repeatedly put me on hold today.

I expect that when I call in for help that I might have to be put on a short hold but I'm tired of idiotic customers calling in and then immediately putting me on hold.

Anyone else sick of this?

Lg Ally Question

I have talked to Lg and I was told there is an application for the voice command to work through my blue tooth...However Lg wont tell me the name of this app because it was not made by Lg....Does anyone know what the name of this application is or an app you may have that allows you to do the voice command through my blue tooth? Thanks for the help ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜

Tired of this!

I am so tired of customers coming in this store frustrated about their bill. I am a sale rep and as a sales rep I disclose EVERYTHING to the customer. Multimedia phone, oh you have to have the $9.99 data package plan on it. Smart phone, oh you have to have the $29.99 data package plan. The data package plan does not include texting!

Come on people, let them know this stuff. We are actually required to tell them all of this now. Our job is to get them into the right phone on the right plan to suit their needs and still somehow some reps still screw this up.

I'm sorry, but if this keeps happening. I will try helping the customer and if they are still mad, I am sending them back to the store or rep in which this started in.

Look guys my background is networking. I know all your BS terms and tactics. I can climb a pole and wire ish too.

Do not think you are above me, trust me customer service is a million times harder.

I don't look down on you, you do a valuable service, but trust me you have no idea what you are talking about when you compare your job to this.

You don't know phones, you don't know customers, and you don't know me.

Maybe I am just lazy but

I dislike when I have to stand up for a person walking into my store and saying "This isn't Starbucks! HAHA!"

Ok so when there is a logo that is clearly not Starbucks and posters all over the windows showing phones and Sprint why are they retarded enough to just walk in!

CMON PEOPLE!

I even get the people who walk across the parking lot staring at the store into the windows and seeing all the phone stuff and still walking in thinking it's Starbucks!

Anyone else deal with this Bull?

rec call from ccare w apple support rep on the line wanting to know what I can do so a cust can get the iph4 ..... I have NO access to this ph at all...

CCARE again... reset eligibility (their job)

CCARE ... can you resend this special offer letter that our department handles and you have no access to... oh yeah, I'm looking at the same information that says to get them to CCARE for help with this!!!! WTF
