FIGHT!!!!

So here I am, selling a family plan to a couple of girls, while my co-worker is selling another family plan on the other side of the store when out of nowhere I hear "B!tch, what you lookin at?" come from behind me.

I turn around to see one of my co-workers customers pointing at one of my customers and screaming about her looking at her funny.

I turn back to my customers, thinking they had enough sense to ignore her, and they don't. They all start yelling at each other and screaming at the top of their lungs across the store.

FML.

Why does this stuff happen to me on a weekly basis???

Don't Tell ME how to do MY job!!

It really pisses me off when a customer tries telling me that I'm wrong when I give them correct information

Example:

M: ok, so our shipping options are up to 7 business days for free or up to 2 business days for $12.

cust: The manager at the store told me it would only be $5 for over night shipping.

M: I do apologize for the mis information, but its 12 for up to 2 business days.

Cucst: hold on.

....after 5 minutes....

Cust: I just talked to the manager at the store, he said you're wrong.

M: ok, great. Well, if you'd like, you can have him process the exchange, since he doesn't have the systems I do, and apparantly knows my job better.

Cust: Well... I just don't understand why you're lying to me....

Plan Compatibility

Cst: This $150 a month is too high, I can't do that.
Me: Well, unfortunately, since you have an HTC Hero and an HTC Evo, this is the cheapest plan we can put you on.
Cst: Do you all have any cheaper plans?
Me: Yes we do, but we could not activate your phones on them.
Cst: But I have the $10 data pack on my Evo. Can't I just add data on the other line?
Me: The $10 premium data charge is not an actual data package. It is for the Evo itself. A data pack cannot be added for a smartphone; the system won't accept it.
Cst: So if I got the talk plan and added the $10 premium data, would that work?

Crazy Man

Today I had the most insane call. This man called to complain about his account and his overages. I looked at his account and determined he was put on the wrong plan. I corrected it and credited his account. By the time I was done I had taken his balance from $500 to $140. Now for the insanity... the man was plastered and the above situation took 50 minutes. He asked if I was married and many other crazy questions and comments. He then wanted to speak to my supervisor to compliment me. 12 minutes later he wanted to speak to her sup to compliment her, 15 minutes later he wanted to speak to someone else to compliment the man he just talked to. Finally the last man accepted all the compliments and got him off the phone. We went through 4 peo...

Walmart Mobile - their own brand via T-mobile

Can you believe this?! I see problems coming from the big guys. If walmart sucks enough ppl out and doesn't really pay for network maintenance then it will hurt Quality of Service for everyone.

But on the plus side some may save money on it every month. Yay future *sarcasm*

who knows bout 12 steps due to ZTP?

just recently joined the call center industry,
( ๐Ÿ˜ i'm a call center virgin ๐Ÿ˜ ) and i incurred a violation by mistake(wont tell the deatails of my violation of course). now? i'm on this "12 steps" thing but when i ask my sup they just tell me to wait since the admin is inquiring more bout the issue.
and now i log in w/o receiving a single call.

Imagine that?!?! I go to a call center job w/o receiving a call. just log-in and spend my time doing absoultely nothing (bad work ethic โ˜น๏ธ ).

who knows the details/procedures about
"12 steps" on a pending ZTP issue coz i cant find the details of it in the company policy? ๐Ÿ‘€

Me: Ok, can I ask what this call is about?

Cust: Location 908.

Me: ๐Ÿคจ Ohhh kay, can you tell me what it is I can help you with?

Cust: You can help me by getting me to location 908.

Me: Can you PLEASE tell me what you are calling about? I need to know in order to know WHO to transfer you to if I need to transfer you, but I can PROBABLY help you.

Me: Ok well, I'm trying to help you, but you won't tell me what this is about, so please hold...

Please stop telling customers they can get free SIM cards from me.

Seriously.

I am tired of having to convince customers that I am not pocketing the money for the SIM card that, regardless of what the phone rep told them, the SIM cards are NOT free.

I KNOW THIS IS REDUNDANT, BECAUSE i'VE ALREADY POSTED IT ONCE HERE BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, THE SIM CARDS ARE NOT FREE UNLESS YOU SEND THEM ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

International?

Today I received an email asking if when he goes to Hawaii will it be international rates. Which is bad enough, until I realize that he originally asked about roaming in Hawaii. A previous rep explained to him about how international rates work. Now I could be wrong but last time I checked Hawaii is still part of the 50 states...right? ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿคฃ

Pick a phone already...

This is your 3rd time in my store and you have asked me the same questions over and over. You are stressing over simple decisions like which data plan to choose and if you need unlimited messaging.

Every time you come into my store you manage to keep me busy for an hr or two and leave with nothing besides more questions after I've answered every dilemma under the sun including the answer to the universe.

and please, let me finish looking up how much data you use on top of how much you would be spending per month with this/that feature along with looking up on-board memory and standby battery life for every phone in the store before you ask me another question.

"What do you mean I have to pay to transfer my contacts?"

I feel like I have to fight people daily when it comes to doing a phone book transfer. I'm curious as to if anyone else charges for this service. We charge $10 (when backup assistant isn't possible).

I've heard that corp. charges $20... any truth to this?

When an EMPLOYEE escalates a call...

...it is beyond ridiculous. It's bad enough we have customers yelling/escalating every day but when you try to argue with a policy for the company that YOU work for just as well as I do and you ask to speak to my supervisor just because you'll have to deal with the pissed off customers in your store.

Wow. You fail.


You don't have a chance of winning any more than the customer does. ๐Ÿ˜

Have we as a society become so effing lazy that people can't park 20 feet away from my store's entrance and walk in? When did the curb become a parking place? Oh how I wish we had an official fire lane marked in front of the store so I could call the police on them....yes, I am that evil ๐Ÿ˜ˆ
