I turn around to see one of my co-workers customers pointing at one of my customers and screaming about her looking at her funny.
I turn back to my customers, thinking they had enough sense to ignore her, and they don't. They all start yelling at each other and screaming at the top of their lungs across the store.
FML.
Why does this stuff happen to me on a weekly basis???

M: ok, so our shipping options are up to 7 business days for free or up to 2 business days for $12.
cust: The manager at the store told me it would only be $5 for over night shipping.
M: I do apologize for the mis information, but its 12 for up to 2 business days.
Cucst: hold on.
....after 5 minutes....
Cust: I just talked to the manager at the store, he said you're wrong.
M: ok, great. Well, if you'd like, you can have him process the exchange, since he doesn't have the systems I do, and apparantly knows my job better.
Cust: Well... I just don't understand why you're lying to me....

Cst: Do you all have any cheaper plans?
Me: Yes we do, but we could not activate your phones on them.
Cst: But I have the $10 data pack on my Evo. Can't I just add data on the other line?
Me: The $10 premium data charge is not an actual data package. It is for the Evo itself. A data pack cannot be added for a smartphone; the system won't accept it.
Cst: So if I got the talk plan and added the $10 premium data, would that work?

( ๐ i'm a call center virgin ๐ ) and i incurred a violation by mistake(wont tell the deatails of my violation of course). now? i'm on this "12 steps" thing but when i ask my sup they just tell me to wait since the admin is inquiring more bout the issue.
and now i log in w/o receiving a single call.
Imagine that?!?! I go to a call center job w/o receiving a call. just log-in and spend my time doing absoultely nothing (bad work ethic โน๏ธ ).
who knows the details/procedures about
"12 steps" on a pending ZTP issue coz i cant find the details of it in the company policy? ๐

Please stop telling customers they can get free SIM cards from me.
I am tired of having to convince customers that I am not pocketing the money for the SIM card that, regardless of what the phone rep told them, the SIM cards are NOT free.
I KNOW THIS IS REDUNDANT, BECAUSE i'VE ALREADY POSTED IT ONCE HERE BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, THE SIM CARDS ARE NOT FREE UNLESS YOU SEND THEM ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time you come into my store you manage to keep me busy for an hr or two and leave with nothing besides more questions after I've answered every dilemma under the sun including the answer to the universe.
and please, let me finish looking up how much data you use on top of how much you would be spending per month with this/that feature along with looking up on-board memory and standby battery life for every phone in the store before you ask me another question.
