WTF is this? This is the last note that was in an account. Is this even WORDS? Much less English? The note type for this, garbled mess, was 'Call Escalation' Anyone who notes an account that poorly needs to loose their job, seriously.
And to put the icing on the cake, the customer was sent to SALES, when they needed TECH support, not order support. That right there, is 5 way incompetence. I'm not sure where all the points come from but I'm sure I could fudge it a bit.

So. In another Forum, I was asked what Finance shouldn't say about proration.
The answer is: ANYTHING.
See, I know I'm gonna take the call after Finance says this, and the less a customer has been "informed" the better.
I have had transfers involving proration that has been less than 5 dollars, and the customer came to me INFURIATED because of the huge amounts of proration.
I'm Not Psychic, Guys
CST: "It's my birthday." ...long pause...
ME: "And when is your birthday?"
CST: "What are these pending charges for?"
ME: "Premium services, it appears."
CST: "What did I download?"
ME: "I'm not sure, the bill's not printed yet."
CST: "How did it get on my phone?"
ME: 🙄
CST: "Hey, I'm at the airport and I'm about to leave for France. Will I get charged for using my Samsung Moment over there?"
ME: "No you will not, because your Moment will not work overseas."
CST: "Why didn't you guys TELL me that?"
ME: "We weren't aware you would be leaving the country."
