So this lady just called in

wasted as phuck wanting to order accessories, I sold her 140$ in accessories and billed them to her account. She then proceeds to tell me that she is personal friends with the CEO of AT&T and that she is going to tell him that I didn't give her the accessories for free and have him take the charges for her accessories out of my paycheck...


I couldn't stop laughing! 🤣

I've decided

that if you can't figure out the difference between a megabite and a gigabite you don't deserve to own a smartphone.


Or if you can't understand that when I say free, I mean you owe us nothing. You don't deserve to have a phone at all.

WTF is this? This is the last note that was in an account. Is this even WORDS? Much less English? The note type for this, garbled mess, was 'Call Escalation' Anyone who notes an account that poorly needs to loose their job, seriously.

And to put the icing on the cake, the customer was sent to SALES, when they needed TECH support, not order support. That right there, is 5 way incompetence. I'm not sure where all the points come from but I'm sure I could fudge it a bit.

The blackberry goes....

Spent 20 minutes trying to go thru settings on something..
they pass me to someone who sounds young but is able to go thru the tech settings in 4 minutes get everything working and i ask how old are you...

Sprint Order Support reps..question.

Can you guys do return kits? FDT seems to be broken since the latest update, and we cannot access the returns option in FDT. Was working just fine and did about 3-4 returns yesterday, and after I left, got a few messages saying FDT was not allowing them to do a return kit and first chat of the day, FDT would not allow me to do a return kit. just wondering if you guys are disabled too.

seriously guys...do your job!! i understand you get a lot of reps from cust care side that MAY pawn calls off on you but not all of us chumps are like that. SOME of us actually do use the troubleshooting decision flows & SOME of us actually do have a clue as to what is network related & what is equipment related.

i'm no dummy & if i say it's network related, it's damn network related. DON'T give me attitude, shut your mouth...i didn't ask for your opinion...& take the damn call. you gettin paid to do anything OTHER than your job?

i don't recall slackin off being a paid part of your job.

I just got into work and ive already had 3 calls about blackberries not getting emails...anyone know if theres an outage or had a similar experience so far this morning? i know its been awhile since the last one

ok this is a good one... I once was on the English application but I answered in Spanish I was like " Hola muy buenas tardes gracias por llamar a Spri...." and the customer said "wow wow wow wow wow!!! hold your horses... I don't speak mariachi" 🤣 🤣 🤣 OMFG that shiit was so funny I put him on hold until I got my breath back 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

So. In another Forum, I was asked what Finance shouldn't say about proration.
The answer is: ANYTHING.

See, I know I'm gonna take the call after Finance says this, and the less a customer has been "informed" the better.
I have had transfers involving proration that has been less than 5 dollars, and the customer came to me INFURIATED because of the huge amounts of proration.
