who knows bout 12 steps due to ZTP?
just recently joined the call center industry,
( đ i'm a call center virgin đ ) and i incurred a violation by mistake(wont tell the deatails of my violation of course). now? i'm on this "12 steps" thing but when i ask my sup they just tell me to wait since the admin is inquiring more bout the issue.
and now i log in w/o receiving a single call.
Imagine that?!?! I go to a call center job w/o receiving a call. just log-in and spend my time doing absoultely nothing (bad work ethic âšī¸ ).
who knows the details/procedures about

No, it's actually terrible. sometimes it gets slow here and I only have access to a few sites. Ive read every page on those sites and they hardly ever get updated.

You could do something on purpose to get fired if your bored, then at least you could file for unemployment.

uhhmm i know a friend who undergone the same proces like when he was still new (like almost a year ago) but still here and working. as far as he mentioned to me so as he's sup. he undergone admin hearing then he was ask tol listen to the call and make a letter stating what happened. and that's it. we'll i guess with the support of his supervisor as well it was disputed. and end up as invalid.

how long did he go through the entire proccess??
coz i stopped receiving calls on the 14th august, i was locked out of my system so teh calls dont come in...
when i walk in the floor i'm kinda paranoid about it coz people keep looking at me like i got some kinda disease or sumthing, pitied even. and i want to work. i'm hungry for it!
but i cant receive any calls...
i even miss irate customers! i getting desperate already. đ˛

like 2-3 weeks only.. but usually the process only takes a week..
well think for a good side of getting paid without doing anything...
uhmm why don't you ask your supervisor for any progress, well most of the time they can help. they can dispute that.
