... you're going to sign a TWO YEAR CONTRACT. Period, point blank, no questions asked. Nor can you "try" a phone for a certain amount of time. This is not a rental agreement or a lease. Of course, you can have that brand spanking new (insert high-end phone here) without a contract, but you're going to pay something equivalent to your house note for it. 👿 🙄 👿 🙄 👿 🙄 👿 🙄 👿

Every freaking Sunday U get to work around 11:40 and the mall opens at 12... There are people crawling around in here wondering when the stores are open and walk around all pissed off and angry that they are not able to shop yet... They stand in front of the gate of the store whose employees they want to harass and tap their foot, look at their watches, and roll their eyes... Since I'm in a kiosk with no gate to protect me from them I am subject to a flow of asinine questions like "why aren't the stores open?" Furthermore, they're so annoyed and bored because they have to wait to shop they all go to starbucks, making the line extend down the hall, so when mall employees who want nothing more than nice cup of joe to start off the day get in ...

We had an old man come into the store dressed in hobo getup, but he was driving a brand new car. imagine. anyway. he came shuffling in the door and preceded to say "humfum my mill fiz bleh i?" I said "excuse me?" 🤨 Turns out he said how come my bill is so high. i said well your plan allows for 450 minutes and you used 2,300 of them (roughly). He looked up at me weird and then it hit me. I looked at his eyes and all there was was his pupils. he was stoned, high, flying, rolling, something. He told me he liked my hair. 😳

I am a cellular slut haha... i started in 97 working for sprint pcs, went to do sales for best buy then go wireless, then worked for nextel for another 4 1/2 yrs as a tech, tmobile for 2 yrs as a manager... and now im back to sprint-nextel as a tsr... so whats that like 10 yrs exp...

That way when the next customer walks in to gripe about service in another state set up by another store says to me "well you're all Cingular aren't you?" I can immediatly fling poo in his face and it would be accepted, as i'm an ape and thats what we do.*insert angy poo flinging ape emoticon*

m-sure do *proceed to go over prices....on every pda. there are two, one for with a data package and the other with just a voice package.

C-why is it more for just a voice package? i only want a voice package, i dont need to have a data package to get the cheaper price because online its.....(website only quotes price with data package)

m-sir, the price you saw online is because it already includes the data package in the plan. (max choice and such)

It looks like the posse are about to stir up a bit of tumbleweeds and dust in Texas with their Attorney General filing a lawsuit against Sprint Nextel Inc. over a fee(1%) greater than the state limit(.7%). .3% doesn't seem like a whole hill of beans, but look at the big picture if thousands of little doggies are charged like this.

For as long as I have worked here (over 4 1/2 years) we have carried Sprint. Today we just pulled all of our Sprint Phones out of their cabinets and will be sending them back.... Just seems weird... Now we are once again carrying T-Mobile.

Okay I hear these stories all the time right.
Well I went into the store because me and my husband got these new cell phones. Well we had to have them re program the phones.
Anyways the night before I let him take a couple of boobie shots. I guess he put it as his wallpaper.
There was a girl and guy working there that was looking at his phone and the girl shut it real fast and told me here hand that to him. Her eyes were real big.
I looked at my husband and his eyes got big and mouth dropped. He said "you didn't see that did you?" The girl started laughing "yea I did"
Then he told on me and said "Honey I am sorry" I figured it out and said "well now you just told on me! She didn't know those were mine!" I think he ...

So the caller (I won't call him a customer) had service with us about three months ago... when we first set him up he had to pay a $400 deposit... And apparently he didn't bother to read up on what that meant...

Well big surprise when he was canceled for non-payment, lost the deposit...

Now he's come back and paid off what he owes and wants to know why he isn't getting the deposit back...

What?

The deposit only comes back to you if you make it a full year without getting shut down (not just suspended, he was collections status.) It doesn't matter if you pay off what you owed us, the deposit was what you put up saying "I promise to pay my bills on something that resembles a regular basis." and only get back if you keep that promi...

so the store was dead and i decided to fix all of the phone displays. to my dismay, a little after my cleaning escapade, two little teenyboppers come strutting in as if they swear theyre going to do business with us. i ask if they need any help and they say theyre just looking. and OF COURSE they tour the whole store looking at the phones, moving all of the phones that i had JUST fixed saying stupid remarks about which phone they liked and "which one do you like, the RAZR or KRZR" they leave the store and the tornado has passed. why do these little girls even come in without their mommies and daddies? go back to cheerleading practice.
