Is it wrong....

if I get a great amount of pleasure telling some idiot that their phone is water damaged?? 🤤 🤤 🤤

posted in the wrong thread so i'm reposting(should i transfer??)

anybody else have low numbers like my store has??? now keep in mind this is a corporate store and if this keeps up i dont know how long we will stay open.

customers/transactions per day = 30-50
70 on a good day

3 full time employees with 1 part-time

quota for last month 90
so that left us with 26 each plus 12 for the part timer.

finished with... *drum roll please*

53!for the store! so yeah do i need to transfer to another store or anyone else have a slow month like this?

coworkers!!!

Does anybody have coworkers get your sale after you qualify them?? I had a customer today, i qualified them n ran a credit check and told them which phones they could get. then my coworkers started to argue with me that 4 tht credit class there are no free phones (even though there is) so they made me call another store and ask them, they told me there is. so by the time i found that the other two got on the computer n started doing the whole thing, and mess the whole thing up on the computer, and they didnt know how to do the manual contract. then i finally had to do the whole thing. so in short a 15 min process took almost 2 hours.

have anyone else have coworkers or day like this?

If I have to hear one more person say, "I dont know my number I dont call myself", Then laugh like it was the first time anyone ever said that, im gonna kill myself. 👿

plastic version of this phone

guy asks me if I have a plastic version of a w315 so that he can go to the ACCESSORY KIOSK DOWN THE HALL and try it with some of the cases!!!!! "because the last one I bought him didn't fit." RIGHT, so you wanna take money from my pocket so you can be cheap, I get it... 😈

I show him the phones.

C: I will like that one.

Me: Okay that phone is $19.99 after MIR. (there is a price tag by the phone)

C: No, I am upgrading I want it for free.

Me: Sir, The only free phone we have available it the N 6010.

C: I already have that phone.

Me: Yes.
(Thinks to myself... Cause your cheap a$$ wouldn't buy one then and won't buy one now.)

C: Fine, I want it.

Me: Sorry I don't have it in stock right now.

C: Well, I will take the display.

Me: Sir, you can't it is a dummy phone.

C: You can use the one I have and then I will take that one.

Me: IT IS A DUMMY!

C: I don't care.

Me:Fine

(Give him the fake phone.)

Turn the phone off, then turn it on after 15 minutes &

WAIT SIX DAYS, then it should be activated for you! 😳 ...or more often, "I am sorry you're having trouble with your service there appears to be a NATIONAL outage on ANY & POSSIBLY ALL SERVICES but I will issue a $1 credit...er,no, I've never heard those words before...again I apologize for the inconvenience."

Is it just me?(kind of long)

or are angry and rude customers the most fun to help out? ill stand there with a smile on my face while they are being rude and loud, and i can be rude right back and not feel bad because the guy was an a$$hole anyway. then they ask for a manager and ill just say that im in charge(im really not but the manager is not here much).
I will not give them any discount at all on anything, and i wont return their merchandise even if they are only a day passed the return policy date. But the best part is when they leave and you tell them to have a nice day and they get even more mad.

I like it when i can be the a$$hole for a change. 😁

this she said on a friday evening, aroun 7 PM. the perfect time for EVERYONE to be shopping at an outdoor mall when the temp is around 92.

and I'm indirect, and they waited for me b/c I was with another customer.

her chucklehead husband had a treo, and wanted a replacement data cord, for free, b/c his "never worked properly in the first place"

he'd had his phone for a while, and hadn't bothered to check what the manufacturers warranty was, just assumed that Verizon is responsible, b/c they sell the phone.

He didn't have any information or the cable, but got pissed at me when I told him what he needed to do. That's when his intelligent wife piped up, as they were walking to the door. They also pulled the cancellation card...

My favorite moment this year

I just had a customer in my store who was out of my billing area (I'm indirect so I can't access everyone's account). They wanted to do an assumption of liability. I can't do that either so I called up customer care to get the process initiated.

Me: Hi, just need to do an assumption of liability.

Rep: Ok. Well, usually that happens at the store...

Me: Well, I'm an indirect agent so I can't actually do that.

Rep: You're indirect?

Me: Yeah.

Rep: Oh. *long pause* Is the customer there?

Me: Yeah.

Rep: Let me talk to them.

I pass the phone over. The customer talks to this rep for about 30 seconds then looks at me.

Customer: She said that you're supposed to be able to do the assumption of liability.

My worst experience

My worst experience as an agent is happening right now. My N75 battery just went to pot(charger not available right now) and I was in between two important convos. I have my moto c168i on me(prepaid) so I swap SIMs. My sms doesn't work on it. And of course ccare is closed. And after hours has had me in que for over ten minutes. This is bs.

Wow...no actually Holy Sh*t

well i jsut got an order of Moto V3xx's.
while the ups guy was still here i opened the box. one of the phones had its box ripped open, i thought "great another UPS thief."


....i turn the box of and BRAND NEW BB CURVE, with the plastic stickers still on it falls out of the box....

Because you have the nerve to tell me I am an uneducated nobody who will be stuck in customer service all my life. Well...Mr./Mrs. Customer, I'm fairly sure that's pot calling kettle! You Sir/Ma'am didnt graudate from the 7th grade, you got pregnant shortly before taking your GED test so you dont even have a valid education of any kind. You now have 6 children (all of which you purchased the BB Pearl for) who cant stop text messaging, you've been going over your minutes for 3 months and oddly paying the + $400.00 bills (i didnt know McDonalds paid that much) and you just now realized it and yet you have the nerve t...

I am talking about stores. Who does it? Because whoever is doing it need to stop. I am sick of your customers calling me cause you let them do it. Someone is being very bad. 🙄

Am I aloowed to agree with a jack@$$ customer who, in a fit of ignorance, says to me "You must think I am some ignorant b!tch..."


I want to say, yes, you are 100% correct....

but I dont...

Then again, isnt the customer always right?

Do you ever feel like smacking

Coworkers who constantly complain about their wireless provider/how awful their phone is/how unfair it is that they got their phone wet and can't have a new one for free/how their service was disconnected for non-payment/everything that we roll our eyes at customers for?

I know I do... 🙄
