E-Mail is down.
The Ordering Software is... spotty (which means 5 minute orders take 20 before it crashes and you have to go to backup.)
We're 59 in cue.
We haven't gone below 12 in cue in over a week.
I am out of yarn... (So I can't even distract myself by making a bondage mask or something.)
On the Up Side... They're serving sandwiches in the break room. Great. ๐คจ
If I make it through this week without killing somebody we'll be doing good.
Bluetooth device symbol
I had a customer with one of those Telenav Bluetooth receivers that was trying to pair it to a Blackjack. The phone recognized his headset properly, but in the BT device list it had a yellow circle with a question mark inside it, almost exactly like the trouble indicator that Windows Device Manager shows with improperly installed devices. Does that question mark mean that the BT receiver was not properly set up? Or could it mean the receiver is defective? I assumed immediately that the user was defective and re-paired it myself and it did the same thing. Anyone got any useful thoughts or suggestions?
(Suggesting I'm defective too, while amusing, has already been considered and is therefore not...

m:Ok, (look up his account) you are already on a family share, so it will be an additional 9.99 a month, that particular phone is free with a 2 year contract or 49.99 with a 1 year contract on that line.
c:Oh, I'm not sighning another contract.
m: The contract would only be on the new line. Without that, it is impossible for me to start service for you unless you want a prepay plan
c:Well then, I am going to port out my numbers to someone that won't make me sign a contract.
m:Any new carrier is going to require that you either sign a contract or set up pre pay service. (I showed him prepay plans)

Why?
She had been on the call with me for upward on 20 minutes.
Why?
She was too stupid to grasp the concept of "You're phone is already active."
She wanted to activate the new phone she had just received. She could not seem to get that it didn't need doing, that it was done. (Magic, just like that, I mystically activated it!)
I opened her order. "Yes, ma'am it shows here that the phone is already active on your family plan."
"NO! It's on a $40 plan with a thousand minutes. I want it on my family plan!"
"It is on your family plan ma'am, it's right here on the screen, everything is taken care of."
That went on in about the same vein for about twenty m...

Problems with Authorized Dealers?
How many of you have to deal with moron dealers? The ones that are by me lie all the time (the list is LONG) and are generally stupid.
If you do have the misfortune of being next to these places, let me know your most awful examples!

But the upper management is around prowling everywhere and I'm getting a crick in my neck from jerking around to see who is standing over my shoulder. Do they really think it's HELPING to have them looming over us when we're already stressed almost to the breaking point?

Things that arent my fault...
well... if you paid off the two months past due you owe you wouldnt be cut off every time the current months bill comes out... dont get mad at me because sprint cut your service off because you didnt pay a bill for two months... its not my responsibility to remind you to pay your bill... and also dont think im "getting smart with you" because when you asked me what could be done about your phone being suspended every month i told you to pay your bill... thats not getting smart... thats being intellegent...
