Question for sprint

What would the user name and password be? Like would the password be the last four of the wireless number? I don't know

So for the second day in a row...

I have started my day off with over 2 straight hours of not a single call.
I love doing nothing and getting paid.
It makes me feel better about working for a huge telecom corporation. 😁

Sprint store reps/ customer care reps.

So I am admittedly not the nicest, nor the most tolerant person in the world.
But geez reps!
If I say something that you don't agree with or think is incorrect, present me with a valid argument and I'll do my best to either explain the situation or concede that you're correct and do what you want.
On the opposite end of that if I won't do something and you say, "fine i'll call back and get someone who will." I'm just going to burn you with a fraud ticket.
Just don't tell me and we'll both be happier.

Now to the customer care reps, stop giving everyone credit. Just because someone is ignorant of their contract is not a valid reason to hand out adjustments. Do your job and research and get it things right the first time.

I'm really pissed, I really am.

So this customer bought a phone and changed her mind and wanted to send it back. SOOOO she packaged it up and slapped the pre-printed return label on it but did not bother to write the tracking number down.

Her son gave it to the UPS driver, trying I suppose to be helpful. She didn't want him to give it to UPS because she didn't have the return tracking # yet.

So I can't track anything because there's no tracking number for me to look up and she wants to know where her refund is.

Well, ma'am, I'm not going to issue a refund because you SAID you were sending it back. I have to get it back to give you your money back, otherwise, for all we know, you still have OUR hardware.

Telling me you're "really pissed." and that you "really...

Shove a what up my what?? (Long)

So this custy calls in on a welfare/lifeline account. He says he "signed up for the account that stops him right at 600 minutes when he reaches it". Well since we dont even offer anything like that I was pretty sure he was wrong but I was still willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and allow him the chance to prove himself. So I say "ok well we would just need to see the document that you signed showing this." And at this point he knows hes screwed and not going to win this battle. So he says "oh yea like i am just gonna drive it to Ohio and show you". Yea genius. So I say to him " well sir instead you could just fax it to me." He says " I dont have a freakin fax machine". I say " oh thats ok sir you can stop by one of our retail loca...

Shoot me (LONG!)

Please!

Last week one of my coworkers activated a phone for some punk kid that I am SURE should have had a deposit (Mabe there was a glitch in the credit system or something that day...) and now he is bringing in all of his little friends to try and apply for a phone. I must have run 25 credit apps today. The number of them that came back witout a deposit? 1. Just 1. So I explain the plans, the activation fee, give her an estimate on the first bill..she says lets do it. Ok, great. I get the phone activated and put the bill estimate sheet right in front of her. She says, "I can't afford to pay that much for my first bill!" I thought it was going to be $49.99!" Now, I had originally over quoted her, and told her that her first bill was...

Ok fine, be pissy like that.

You know I do understand that it's frustrating that we're out of free phones, like every single freaking phone that we were selling as a free phone is out of stock except for one and that one's getting low.

I find this highly amusing in a pathetic sort of way. People are crybabies about free phones and so when the number of free options drops off it amuses the hell out of me. I also find it terribly amusing when the evil overlords screw up this badly.

But I do recognize that it makes it harder to do our jobs, and when we're re-working orders that were put in last week that have phones on them that were available when the order was placed and are not here I realize that it's a pain in the arse... but that's what you're paid to do, is ...

I just had a customer call my store.....

And completely and totally lie to me trying to make them give me a credit on their account. She was saying that she has always been on the 1400 minute plan and there is no way she went over her minutes. Keep in mind this is a 850 dollar bill. So, I look at her account and see she has been on the 550 minute rate plan since LAST October..... and has gone over the minutes before..... a couple times.....Stupid F-in lady, come on now, lying to me when I can see your whole account and the history SINCE you started 👿 ok, now I feel better

I LOVE THIS CUSTOMER!!

A kinda young married couple just came in to "browse" for phones, and as often is the case, the guy wanted a FREE phone, and proceeded to complain at length b/c he cant get a free phone.... the wife, who up till now has been silent, looks at her husband, and says:

"Shut up, quit complaining, and pay for the damn phone, AT&T is not some charity that will give you whatever you want!!"

I was speechless!!!

Should I buy a Wii off Craigslist?

Someone is willing to bring a wii to my store and sell it for 9 dollars above msrp. I don't drive so going from store to store looking for one isn't going to work. He claims it has never been open and he still has the receipt there for the warranty should transfer. Is that true?. I really don't feel like waiting til one of the 2 electronic stores I work by randomly gets one.

This is bugging me

I'm waiting for a dealer to notate an account... its taken, like, three minutes now, and 'This Kiss' is playing really loudly in the background. This is irritating me.

Store reps, how do you do it?
