I asked if she wanted me to review her bill to see if we could cut it down as she may have gone over blah, blah, blah and she said no, she knows what she did and just wants to pay it.
I must be dreaming. She was very pleasant...she didnt scream or yell or even sound stern...The only reason i had to take the payment was because agents can only accept $1500 or less...
That was incredibly awkward for me...

The problem is that he is either from an Arabian country or from India and has a weak grasp of the English Language and I don't think he realizes how offensive the word is.

I didn't even talk to the guy. Being indirect and far away from Pennsylvania, I just handed him the customer service number and told him that I would not be able to discuss any issues with him any further.
He turned around telling me he was going to sue my company because I now participated in his dealings. I simply handed him a business card and highlighted our corporate office number.

I just had this guy...
1. He's changed his phone number 18 times in 6 months.
2. He has over $1000 that's 90 days or more past due.
3. He says he has no money
4. He smells like pee
This guy is a real winner.
I explained to him that he couldn't get a "free upgrade" for another 14 months. He could get a discounted upgrade after another 6, but he would have to pay the past due balance before he could do any changes. His account is suspended for non-pay, so he can't even change the calling plan. He's complaining about the cost of his bill saying it needs to be lowered. i almost quit today.
To start with, I'm the only person that works this store. Everyone quit. I was supposed to get paid YESTERDAY, I never filled out a W2 tax form, yet they take 40% of my check to cover taxes.
