🤣 this dude just came in and tried to activate a prepay phone and didnt had to look up his mobile number from the handset, he did not know the last four of the social and he could not tell me whos name thr phone was in and when i told him i cant do anything without that info he got mad at me, obviously he dd not own that phone and he kept rantin and raising and i had to call security to get him away from my booth!!! what a dumba$$!!

All i would like to know is........is the website for veiwing the products we can buy with the samsung points still up, or do we have to wait till the 24th the get the "W" form and fill it out to get the prized we qualify for

Who else is working and is bored out of their mind??????

for selling att phones and then sending the problems they created to all att stores.
walmart rep: "i don't know why it don't work, but you can take it to the att store next to us they can fix it"
glad they do not get commission for it.

or the custie that walks in and the first thing that spews for thier mouth is " what is the best deal you can get me?"
me: [in my mind, my foot kickin your but out my store]
becuase you know that they shopped somewhere else ( walmart) and they have the same phone free or at a price you can't beat till after rebates. and when you talk them into it, they come back and want to return it for the better deal somewhere else.
well crap if it was such great over there and you know it why not get it there the...

I hate crank calls...
just got someone who was suspended asking if I have friends and that he was lonely...

i just had a customer come and say they wanted to cancel their service because they didn't like having to dial the area code before the number...wtf

has any one ever been so frustrated that you wanna burn down your place of business? it might sound a little over the top but some customers really know how to drive you to the edge. I work at a call center for prepaid and i dont think it could be any worse.. honestly, the only thing keeping me "sane" is knowing that I am not the only person that has to put up with this kind of thing.. how does every one cope with their job? ☹️

well shortly the "flood" of customers will hit our doors wanting to take advantage of this "smokin hot deal" where they can hook up their own busted up liquid damaged phones with NO CONTRACT yipee! hah

i think this is gonna be a bigger flop than the last Chris Tucker Jackie Chan buddy comedy flick.

I sent my blackjack 2 off to samsung to fix the freezing problem.They fixed the phone but in the tech notes samsung has they replaced the PBA. Jus seeing if anybody knew what that was????

Oh and im just really bored at work.... 😁

So this old guy comes in two days ago with a Startek (sp) and his wife has an older samsung.

She decides on a BB pearl. He "just wants a phone that gets a good signal."

Ok...so then he tries to talk her out of the Pearl...She litterally tells him that this is the phone she wants and if she does not get it then there was no reason for her to come and she could care less the dam phone she gets.

So i ring up the pearl and a moto.

He calls today...less reception on the moto than his Startek.

Just spent the last 2hrs explaining that we cannot reactivate the Startek..he will have to exchange to another phone..

The area he lives in is LOW signal. Litterally the middle of nowhere!!!

Went over boosters...antennas..Nooo dice.

So my co worker and I have been just working with 2 people at the store for about a month now. And we are doing very well covering hours and taking care of customers. We have told our bosses to please not hire anyone. But I come in today and they are doing interviews. Which means..we will be sharing sales between 3 rather than 2 and I have to deal with a new person..I hate new people!!!!! I know that sounds mean but I like the way things are. And so far they are interviewing all girls..we dont need another girl..if they absolutely have to hire..hire a guy!!! give me some eye candy or something...eventually i will get over this but right now i am not happy!!!!! 👿

Let's see how much action this particular page has. Maybe there isn't as much BS to tread through...cross your fingers, all of you!!!

I was in the back room doing paperwork didn't hear the door beep go off and I hear a woman yelling HELLOOOOOOO so I walk out and and say sorry about that and look at this ragged lady holding a garbage bag full of god knows what over her shoulder, and asks if she can pay her cricket bill here (mind you were a T corprate location) and I couldn't help but laugh at her and say no and she says ok thank you then stops me sets down her garbage bag and pulls out her cricket razr and asks if she can get a new phone here once again I can't help but laugh and say no mam our phones will not work with crickets network in fact we don't even have cricket service in this area looks at me dumbfounded and walks out. what a day

What is it about those of us that work our a**es off always get robbed my house was broke into last night alot was taken 😢 😢 😢 😢 😢

I found a new job and get to leave this place for good! I am SO HAPPY! 😛
