What an idiot
Guy comes in with an AT&T Blackberry curve and is complaining that he can't access is Mac Mobile Me account.
1. I know nothing of Mac products. I'm a PC guy.
2. I have never used an AT&T Blackberry. I don't know how they have their services set up.
I explain to the customer that I know nothing of either service and will not be able to troubleshoot his device. I suggest he visit the ATT store of call care as they may be able to walk him through his problem.
He gets all ticked off and says "Well I'm here, so you should learn the ATT Blackberry so I don't have to waste my time going somewhere else. All cell phones are the same! Just take it and fix it!"

The day turned on a dime
A guy comes in asking to exchange a headset he didn't buy from my company. It was broken. I offered him a great deal on a replacement. The threw a fit and started screaming about customer service.
Next guy comes in claiming that corporate is going to give him 2 free storms and extra accessories free as well (not just the ones included with the phone). He want the car charger, case, and bluetooth for free. First off, even with a $100 NE2 credit, you won't get 2 free storms. Second...screw that on the accessories. I said I would do both phones for $100 out the door and I could do a small discount on accessories. He stormed out calling me names.

custie in cali.. its not uncommon for custies to have a lake/vacation home
no notes to say she had requested it to be canceled.

different number, different equipment
both accounts were auto drafted to the same bank account

Work Sucks
Now today im recovering i can talk, just raspy sounding and i have to push everything out which is making my throat hurt. I hate getting sick like this and unable to miss time, atleast i know we have work that its so busy people are getting 30 day layoffs for not coming in...thats good, right?

(short story is i may be looking for work by end of april, with vz union and I being a contractor, i get the short end of the stick {maybe})
i read thier site, the are commision only highest paid in te industry ( never done commish w\o base pay). so i am semi reluctant to try that ( but my numbers a consistently great)
