when u ask to obtai the # to be claim ...

๐Ÿ˜ฒ omg!!! when u ask a customer to provide the number to be claim and they would start dialing the # in their phones key pad... that is so funny....... i cant believe they do that...

The Case of the Brand New Phone [long but worth it]

So we send this cx a brand new phone, cx paid $50 deduc. Cx calls in a couple days after the delivery of the phone stating that he never recieved the equip.
OK, check tracking details....OK, signed for by A.Hole. Hmmm...check esn.... and whaddayaknow?!?!
The phone active on the account is the phone we shipped to cx. Advised cx of that and cx grew completely irate. Huffing and puffing yelling how he cannot believe that, that IM lying.
Rep:Sorry sir but we sent you that phone, in fact that is the phone you are using right now..
Cx:That cant be I bought this phone from my roommate yesterday for $30 dollars...
Rep:Excuse me?
Cx:The replacement didnot come yesterday so my roommate sold me this phone he had lying around for $30 & I paid $50 ...

Okay, seriously

Alright, with the exception of last night I have not posted on here in forever. But these have been the wackiest 2 days of my working career.

I'm working by myself because my other co-worker had to go home sick and my manager for some reason decides he just wants to leave to hang out with his girlfriend for the day. So I'm really busy and I get a call and at first all I hear is mumbling. Hello? Can I help you?

Finally a guy manages to mumble the word bluetooth. The rest of his dialogue is really unrecognizable. Uh... uh.. mmm.... Bluetooth... uhhh... hhhhhaaaa... how do i? uhhh... with my bluetooth?

I'm like Sir, I have no idea what you're asking. Do you need a bluetooth headset or do you have one?

uhh.... well.... i bought one....

When a cust does not know the pin # and disagree to be trans to sprint.

customers that insist to make us wait for a pin# they dont even have...it so frustating 5, 6 , 7 minutes and they still dont find the passcode plus they dont even remeber the secret questions: your best friend's name?

I'm watching one of my co-workers talk to an old lady, as he shows her some phones.

Cust: "I'm 80 years old. Too old to start over."

Are phones really that different now than 5 years ago? Buttons: Green/Call, Red/Stop/End, Numbers! Same thing

Isn't too old to learn an opinion anyway? You decide what you can and can't do.

Start the day off wrong...

So i sold this guy 4 phones today and he was going to come back today to port his numbers over since his sprint contract was ending today..
sounds easy right?
no, told us sprint is giving him 600 min, unlim txt 4 phones for $67 dollars or some ish..

MY PHONE JUMPED

CUST calls in saying his phone jumped in some water..... i asked how that happened and he said just as i said the phone jumped in some water..... Frankly he didn't have insurance or anything maybe you should keep you phone from "jumping into water" stupid cust ha ha now he needs to pay full price for a phone ๐Ÿ˜Ž

you know that a call will suck when...

the customer does not knows his or her own phone number...

he does not know the difference between routing numbers and bank acct number.

you try to explain that there is no conspiracy and we do not listen to their conversation and have their txts.

you try to explain that moist damage is still water damage.

you tell them that we cannot give them a phone for free just for being customers and paying insurance on it. (upgrades)

cust: i recieved a phone from u guys and u guys said it would would better than mines.but u lied to me it has no signal at all....

me: sir have u contatced cust care or tec. support to see if its something wrong with the system.....?

cust: no and i dont want to im tired of working with nextel i want to go to boost mobile... i only have to pay 50 dollars and it has 100 times better service than sprint or nextel....

me: ๐Ÿคจ well sir its funny u say that becuase all three companys pretty much run off the same antenna and being a boost mobile customer my self its not that strong......

cust: WELL I DONT CARE WAT U SAY I KNOW WAT IM DOING EITHER YOU CHNGE MY PHONE BACK TO THE ONE ONE I HAD OR I GO ...
