When a cust does not know the pin # and disagree to be trans to sprint.

customers that insist to make us wait for a pin# they dont even have...it so frustating 5, 6 , 7 minutes and they still dont find the passcode plus they dont even remeber the secret questions: your best friend's name?

lol, i hate that. the majority of the time it's not even the account holder calling. if your gonna call in pretending to be your friend or family member at least get their info first. lol
