Cust comes in with a rebate declined letter to resubmit because it was missing IMEI. This is easily fixed with a phone call from me I just need a few details.

Me: Can I have your cell phone number?
Cust: xxx-xx-xxxx
(if you count those, your missing a digit)
Me: Can you repeat that?
Cust: xxx-xx-xxxx
Me: Ok you seem to be missing a number or maybe I'm hearing you wrong, can you give it to me again?
Cust: xxx-xx-xxxx
me: Well, if you see here (turn computer around) your missing a number
Cust: its xxx-xx-xxxx, hold on I'll go get it out of my truck......see here it is (shows me ss card)
Me: Oh no. I need your phone number.
Cust: I'm sorry. Here it is xxx-xxx-xxxx

Fraud Alert!!!

What happens when the fraud dept. @ T Mo cancels an accountt because they think its fraudulent. Still within the first thirty days of service and you bought the phones from a third party.
Do you have to take the phones back?

For years I have read your stories. Stupid customer after stupid customer. Mean as$ boss after mean as$ boss. And that's just at the retail stores alone!

So my question is, how many of you like working in the wireless industry? Show of hands.

In my center, there are always a few reps who have their sups send out emails asking for help b/c they need a ride home. Wtf comes to work w/o making sure they have a ride home?
One person, continually asks for a ride... get a bike, man!!

T-Mobile customer care reps.

I've NEVER had a bad experience in the 6 years as a custie...I don't work in a call center, I read the horror stories, and I just wanted to give a high five to the T-Mobile folks!!!

ya let me just process your order through the system BEFORE any of the other customers that ordered before you and process yours first because your so damn special.

how about you wait and get some patience, you should have purchased the device at a sprint store if you needed a phone so bad, stupid ass.

I have been

on the phone with this lady for 2 hours...dumbest person ever. All I'm trying to do is get her to her online account so she can set up some information, first she wasn't typing the correct web site, she was searching for it. Then she wasnt typing the . after www, even though I was telling her to...then once we actually got to the website, and hour later, she keeps clicking on links by herself, and freezing up her computer, or going to different sites, or going somehwere where I don't need her to be. While the page is loading she'll try to click differant things, then getmad because it will stop loading, then click entirely out of the internet. Back to step 1. This call should have lasted 5 minutes, tops. It's going on 2 1/2 hours. This is ri...

F my life

Five minutes from closing and this Mexican couple comes in and wants to activate a phone in her name. Trouble is, the phone they have is still attached to her husband's account. And she's using a phone on an account in her friend's name that she doesn't want to use anymore. But she doesn't want to disconnect her husband's phone. Who, by the way, got another phone activated on a separate account in his name. OH NO WAIT! It was just an ESN swap. Silly old Mexican people. So it turns out i CAN activate this phone on his account for her. F my life.

P.S. This post evolved over the course of roughly fifteen minutes. Wonderful.....

Cx: Well I might buy it at walmart.

All this talk about customers not understanding simple Q&A has led me to start: 'What you should say?' a simple no holds bar street/slang common language that maybe more understandable.

To Whom it may concern,

Question...

Why do phones always seem to not work right for douchebags?

Answer...

Becasue they never take the time to learn how to use and operate them correctly and then blame any percieved faults on the phone ("it won't do this") or on the sales rep ("he said I could do this")

People please put a minimal effort into trying use your devices yourselves before placing blame on the equipment or sales people.

I wanted an Orange phone

Today is intresting call day. It's like the universe is saying "Okay you have been working in call center for 2 months, let's test you."

A lady called today saying she was upset she did not recieve an orange phone.

I wanted to laugh, but I didn't even snicker.

About getting a day off tomorrow. Then BANG!!! A@#ho#$ wannabe boss calls me and asks me to work cause he has to go to blah blah blah blah blah. Seriously thats all I heard out of his mouth was BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH. Oh wait think I heard something about "Im super important. More important than you" Well guess what I say to that fool. Hope your customers dont mind waking me up when they come into the store. Also hope they dont mind the smell of 12 hour old beer stained clothes and possibly some urine. Yep Its gonna be that kinda morning. I know you have all had them before
