ok did this really happen?

ok, this couple came in and the second they walked in the woman said dont look her in the eyes just find the phone and lets go and put her hand over her eyes and was hanging her head down.. ๐Ÿคจ it was crazy has that ever happened to you? i was kinda wierded out ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Why do customers not give their area code first?

If someone asks you for your number, you are suppose to say the area code first, or is that just my thinking?

Even worse, when customers say the number one, then xxx-xxxx, then the area code. ๐Ÿ˜ก

Customers make me laugh

me: thank you for calling Sprint, my I have your wireless # please?

cst: excuse me? my what?

me: your cell phone #.

cst: who is this?!

me: Sprint.

cst: who?

me: Sprint, your cell phone carrier.

cst: I have Sprint?

me: ๐Ÿคจ ..................yes.

cst: why do you need my #?

me: I assumed you had a question or concern I could assist you with today.

cst: you can consist me with (yes, she actually said consist) this contract. This was a free phone, and I'm not suppose to have a contract.

me: I don't deal with contracts, but I can connect you the right dept.

cst: ok.

me: thank you for choosing Sprint, please hold...



my day was a little better after that ๐Ÿคฃ

yea...we hate you. yes you. the one who is coming in with the box to return a phone because you are too ignorant. we hate you. our smiles are fake....don't be fooled. go find someone else to bother on this awesome day.

Don't you love it when

You spend 16 minutes and counting trying to get an imei number from a customer and thats just to find out what kind of phone they have.
After we get that, I then will teach him how to remove the back cover and battery so he can read me the sim card number, just to see if it's correct.
To top it all off he's complaining about being on the phone for so long, oh wait we just got the back cover off 22 mins in!

2 seperate customers come in the store today complaining that their phone that is less than three months old are not working. Both look like they have been through a war. What the heck do you do to your phone and why would you think that the reason that it isn't working doesn't coincide with the fact that it looks like you curb stomped your phone?

dont you love dealing with problems

that your other fellow reps caused, because they are uneducated fools and now you have to deal with it because you were the only availible rep.

Ex: rep sells phone we all know is booboo, and low and behold the customer is back, pissed. Demanding and exchange and bafled at the restock fee.


eff you customer, and eff you fellow rep in the face for making me go through this.

Just had a customer in here with her kids....

she asks me to check her account to see if her son downloaded anything...

I pull up SEVEN subscription games downloaded in one day. Equalled $22.00 per month in games. ๐Ÿ‘€

I tell her yes, indeed there were games downloaded. I tell her I can remove them from the phone and make sure that app downloads are blocked.

She interrupts me: "All that's already blocked. I blocked it."

๐Ÿ‘€ Noooo you didn't. If it was BLOCKED, he wouldn't have been ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THEM.

I show her the "blocked" list: Web, RBT downloads, etc. Then I show her the unchecked "block app downloads" box.

She still doesn't believe me. ๐Ÿคจ

All the while her evil little child is talking ins...

A shout out to customer care call centers of ALL carriers.

I just want to thank you for not only putting up with the absolute s***storm of idiot calls that seem to far outnumber the intelligent calls.
I also want to thank you for helping me, a sales call center representitive, do my job when I am stuck with difficult customers who won't let a single penny go for anything, let alone activation fees or upgrade fees.

I would like a special shout out to go to Stefan out of Ohio who went above and beyond yesterday to make an A-hole of a customer happen and get me a sale.

Ok I have to admit today is going by so slow dont know if it's because I am sick or just haven't been in the store most of the month I mean the month is almost over and have yet to work a full week in my own store
