When I punch into the phone at my call center, the tones sound like the old "TGIF" tone from tv back in the Urkel days of tv.

today is lame.

it's only five thirty and the mall is already clearing out.... and we don't close till nine.

not to mention my ex's mom just walked past my kiosk and barely acknowledged me....... talk about uncomfortable. ☹️

So I sort of understand how a bank can run out of cash to give out especially during income tax season.

BUT, how do you not have pennies to give me? They are not for my own personal use, I need them to give out to customers! I need pennies for change. How do you not have pennies?!

This is also the same bank where I had to remind the teller that 5 x 5 is 25, and not twenty. 👿

Work is so busy with sites closed due to weather conditions, so i sit in after call to write this and read phone reviews, what a waste of space.

I just had a call about a dumbass RadioShack employee activating a go-phone account and it came with $50 for a GAB. The moron instead of adding the sim card into the correct device the $50 came with he had added into another device the customer had and tried to play it off as if he always had the sim card into the GAB device. NO YOU DID NOT!!! After I get to telling this Asshole as to why the customer will not be receiving the $50 GAB he starts to yell at me.
Asshole- “Why not?? The customer is entitled to the $50 even if he had placed it in his other device. You credit the account or put your supervisor on because you are clearly don’t know how to do your job.”

A customer just comes into the store to add Unlimited messaging to her account. She has very little knowledge on how to text or send photos, so I sit down with her and show her how.

We get to the photo sending part and she has no photos to send. She asked her friend to take a photo and her friend rapidly declined. She was going to take a picture of the store and then turned to me asked if she could take my picture.

I hesitated but then for demo purpose I agreed. I then showed her how to send a picture to another number and she takes her phone and sends it to her 18 year old daughter. She then proceeds to tell me that she will think I'm very cute and that I should date her daughter.

That a few co-works and i like to play a game game called Guess the nationality? Where we bring up rediculous calls and read the stupid criminal storys and just from information from the calls/articals we try to guess their nationality based off typical stereotypes?
