Oh...My...God...

So im pretty sure i just caused a couple to get a divorce. I work in Retention, and this couple called in to cancel their sons line, the wife was talking but the husband joined the line because "we take advantage of his wives kindness" whenever she calls in. Basically i inform her that the sons line is in contract until october 2011. She states that her son hasnt had the phone so theres no possible way that he upgraded, advised her that the phone that his line upgraded to was currently being used by the husband due to his phone broke and he wasnt upgrade eligible until june. THEN the fun starts. heres the convo. Mind you im sitting quietly in the background trying to say something "um...uh...can i...ok...ill wait"

WIFE- "You never tell me...

The perils of being an indirect

So I have a customer that comes to the kiosk today and wants to exchange his Hero for a Palm Pre. No problem. Pull up his account in our invoicing system, nothing pulls up that he purchased a phone from us. I asked where he got it and he said "I got it from a corporate store in Chicago" (We're in Oregon). When I tell him I can't exchange it, he tells me, you can and you will because all Sprint stores are the same. I told him we cannot and he would have to go to a corporate store (which is 100 miles away or so). So he says "well then you're going to pay for my gas, so that will be 40 dollars."
I asked him to leave, so he starts knocking stuff over. Not expensive stuff, just like signs and plan guides and stuff. I called mall security...

Outsourced CSR's!

I know most of you are in my site, can you believe this place? I'm so tired of all the things they're doing to us.
I personally believe every human should be able to use the restroom whenever and if it takes longer than 6 minutes total per day so what?
I understand the abusers, but for the most part people want to keep their jobs and aren't abusing. Why not bring the hammer down on the ones who deserve it, personally that would be me.
I just don't believe in everyone being punished for a group of misfits.
I feel like I'm glued to my chair and it's not a good feeling.
I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!

I"ve been in the drive thru and seen someone throw their order back thru the window and scream about pickles for five minutes

and the funniest was waiting in line to pay a ticket and a guy walks past me to someone in front of me .hands them a piece of paper and says you parked in a towaway zone and took the keys with you

I am not here to tell you what to do with your money or how to spend it. I am here to promote a product and show you the ins' and outs' of the service. So please stop asking me what you should do. Of course you should buy everything unlimited.!!!!

I wish I lied....

There is a certain woman who is a customer at my store. She is not all there. She comes in to look at phones and compare them, but she does not retain any info on them. Therefore, she comes in every day asking the same questions about the same phones, same prices, same features. She will even have you explain a phone, walk to another phone and have you explain that, then ask you to explain the first one you just explained. She spits when she talks, and she yells half the time she is speaking. I do not like to deal with her. The only plus is that she only comes in when she is going to get a new phone. She starts looking 3 months before she can actually get it. This time she decided she wanted to get a local hockey team's website on her phone....

How hard is it to comprehend that..

your order will be SHIPPED overnight, and that PROCESSING in the warehouse takes 2-5 business days? It blatantly says right on the website "Please allow 2-5 business days for processing, and when the order has completed, we will ship it overnight" đŸ‘ŋ I don't care if your current phones are "not fast enough" either you whiny baby.

wirefly

i was just wondering if anyone had any experience with wirefly.com. i have had some customers talk about it and i went on the website and their prices are considerably lower then anything i have seen on other websites or in other stores. so i was wondering if they are refurbs or are they brand new.

$57 bill paid entirely in singles

No, I'm not kidding. If I didn't know the uggo worked at Denny's, I would have thought something else was up, but hot damn....57 singles?!?!?

I thought that nothing was more than annoying than the first guy of the day paying with big bills...but I think I have found it. Paying entirely with singles when you have bigger bills in your hand you're counting from.

i love these customers

i just had a guy come into the store and wanted to look at some phones. so i put my salesmen hat on and started to help him when he told me that he was just here to "talk about phones then he was going to go home and order them online".

well the salesmen hat came off and the i don't know anything about phones went right on and lets just say i lost all knowledge about cell phones at that point.

he aslo got upset when someone else came into the store and was acually going to buy somethign from me and i helped them and left him to just look at the phones.

i do give him credit for being upfront about buying them online but why would you waste my time and money for that matter.
