Don't you love it when
You spend 16 minutes and counting trying to get an imei number from a customer and thats just to find out what kind of phone they have.
After we get that, I then will teach him how to remove the back cover and battery so he can read me the sim card number, just to see if it's correct.
To top it all off he's complaining about being on the phone for so long, oh wait we just got the back cover off 22 mins in!

Even better is when they get that battery out and the call goes dead. Ive asked you twice already if you are calling from a different phone than the one we are trying to fix.

Yep that is the best. Lol, 47 mins 7 seconds the call is over customer basically has sausage fingers and wouldn't stop powering down the phone. Nice guy though.
