as far as the ringer volume issue make sure you have the profile on outdoor.

you should still be able to upgrade but you wont get the mail in rebate. I wouldnt go with the pebl or any phone made by moto. Go with the t609 or the sda is great phone and has gone down in price. just check tmobile.com

you could try to change your phone on the website to a regular phone and add tzones and then switch your phone back to a sda.

Do i have to be out of contract to upgrade ata walmart. I know i dont to upgrade at tmobile.com but those prices are rediculous.

I used to be a rep with cingular that was true. If the two lines were in different markets it could not be done because they had to be seperate accounts. I'm not sure if it's the same with t-mobile but I wouldn't be surprised.

How long do I have to have insurance to file a claim? I have a v300 and since they dont carry them anymore would they still have some for replacement or would i get a different model?
