Is there a way to get tzones on an unlocked phone?
yea get the t-mobile data settings from t-mobile. unfortuntely if you have a cingular unlocked one you'll always have to access it through the media net symbol in the menu on the phone unless it doesn't have any cingy software. then you'll activate it through the web symbol.

Its very easy all you have to do is call tmobile customer care and tell them what model you have and they will send you a browser message, When you open the browser message it will ask you for a pin code the representative will supply you with that code. It works I've done about 12 times, all different unlocked phones.
