i don't beleave best buy does upgrades i think they just do new lines of service. i dont even think you can go in there if you are on a famly plan and by a new line there I beleave it is just new lines of service period! I could be wrong thought.

seriously call customer care and see what they can offer. if them or a corp store cant offer you a good deal.
threaten to cancel and go to vzw where you can get new every two and get a cool phone like the 9800 for $100.00 when eligable for upgrade or look for a 3rd party dealer that can hook you up. 😎
