question about insurance?

How long do I have to have insurance to file a claim? I have a v300 and since they dont carry them anymore would they still have some for replacement or would i get a different model?

Asurion will send an equal value phone if they don't have a V300...you would probably get a V300 though because they use refurbs as replacements.
