Well, that's just not true. I personally have posted in the Verizon forum, the general forum, the T-Mobile forum and others. As to posting in the "News" forums...I think I have...not as much as you. I don't usually comment one "News"...I prefer to waste my time in a more efficient time-wasting location such as The Lounge. To each their own...I just think because others don't follow your posting habits doesn't make them anything more or less a valid poster.

daughter is going to Ireland in June for a month. Currently uses Blackberry 8330... Suggestions for the month she's there...maybe get a local handset with a local sim? She does have Skype on her macBook...but I'm talking about daily use..like texting and calling around in Ireland...

Well, she went into store, they did replace the tracball, but she's still having tracball issues... Now it really sounds like a TEC replacement to me...NOT an insurance claim.

"Normal wear and tear" on an advanced device? It's not tires here...it's an integral part of the device/operating functions. The additional I pay above the insurance should cover this???

Daughter uses a BBY 8330...Trac-ball going bad...store says "file an insurance claim"...I have the extended warranty...shouldn't it be replaced at N/C???
