@ WM6user- im also a wsc rep....we could actually know that. on the selection page you would see there Izar v3xx-at&t, that is att branded. as long as it has att on the end, it means its att branded. :D

it would depend actually, if we still have cingular branded v3xx and your phone is cingular branded then we will send you one, if you have att branded then you would be recieving att branded phones. if we are out of stocks for cingular branded and you have one, then we will send you att branded, and we from warranty would know that its att branded coz it would appear on our screen.

i think att will keep you, they kept convergys which is a call center of cingular, even if the agents there sucked with cust satisfaction and quality cust service.

im from warranty, sorry about that...well its basically to prevent fraud, since you are not direct employees, we cannot locate you on our database, thus we would consider you as a regular customer...we need to verify the account still with the account holder....and another thing, a lot of fraud customers call in pretending they are agents, if well take your word for it then there would be a lot of fraud cases for sure...

its actually a case to case basis, probably they were out of stocks for like 4 like phones so they would send a full kit, they could also send a full kit if the phone and battery is the problem, if htey were out of refurbished phones, then they might send brand new full kits as well... :)

all carriers do that, because all carriers just carry the manufacturers warranty...all carriers do a like 4 like exchnage, same make and model...we check out your phone and determine what the problem is and replace it...if its just the battery then we'll give you a battery, if its the phone, then we'll give you just the phone, why get a new backplate when its not the issue??? and its not new, its refurbished, coz we are just carrying as ...

to tell you honestly, there is a big difference for new customers and long time loyal customers...with regards to perks and credits, it would be easier for a loyal customer to request and get those compared to a new customer...we from customer care ourselves base our decisions on what we call lifetime value of the customer in giving them perks..if you are new, you dont have that yet, so most often than not, your request would be denied, but ...
