Permanent - prove your problem
If in the future anyone wants to complain about plans or experiences, proof must be made.
Billing discrepencies should be posted via a free picture account with its link, as in photobucket (where the link is displayed below the uploaded picture, html works fine).
If you have a bad service experience (phone/online) you should go to a store and literally talk face to face with someone. If you get the same response, then be willing to understand it may be your problem and not the carrier. However, if the carrier has made the mistake the person will give you a sorry and tell you how to rectify it, or fix it there if possible.

Customer in store, telling you their life story that you've already heard a billion times. No one else in line behind them. They will keep talking to you until you become busy. So I pocket dial. I have the store number on my speed dial. Once the phone rings, the customer wraps it up and they're on their way. I answer the phone as I would if it were an actual person calling. Poof! All gone! π
