we were just informed in my call center that we're not allowed to inform customers of the pricing nor the eligibility for customer's to get an iphone 4 and that we have to refer them to their online account, self-service or apple. LET'S MAKE MY JOB HARDER YAY.

Cell: "I've been a customer for 4 years, so I shouldn't have to pay for the blah blah fee."

Walmart: "I've been shopping here for 10 years, why do I have to wait in line?"

Cell:"Sprint has it for blah blah blah"

Mcdonalds: "I'd like a whopper please"

Cell:"I don't want a data plan with my blackberry, I'm just going to use it for texting"

Car dealer: "I don't want tires on my pickup, I'm just going to use it for a cupholder"

Cell:"anything about an upgrade"

Cable company:"I'm getting basic cable, give me a new big screen"

but why the H3LL are they always my rudest customers? you know i cannot give you everything for free b/c you're in the military but i did suggest that you can add the military discount to your plan to save you 20% off your plan a month and then you cuss at me and tell me i cant do my job and am refusing to help you? this day sucks @ss and only gets worse. ☹️ 👿

ME: my next hedache. i live in kan now. but i do have a USPS post office box i the U.S(not mail box etc.). cuz it avoids the time delay of me sending my bills thu kan customs(plus i no how kan custms opens stuff up w no recourse for damage). i no how they can delay or lose my mail and kan postal bites.

... i think my eye twitched verytime i read "Kan" 🤨

i have an accent and i work at a call center, but it is not thick in person, but i think that over the phone it is amplified, and i think a lot of customers who call think im in another country and hang up on me ☹️

after nine and I am still at work. We closed at eight. I am being held over cause a customers account closed for non payment for a large bill because of international roaming. Might I add that customer care is being very helpful in getting this customer back up and running. Kudos to ATT customer care.

and 7 calls about iphone 4 lol. too bad everyone signing up new service gets limited data plans instead of unl like the ppl before yesterday 6/6/2010

Well Sprint launched the EVO today and those of us in the trenches spent the day taking back to back calls. Many about this new phone. I gotta say, I wish I could get one (not upgrade eligible lol) but people are freaking out so hard about this new phone. It's just a phone people. A really cool phone, but still. They system kept bogging down with all the phones they tried to activate, causing so many people to have big cranky aneurysms.

My biggest headache (and highest handle time) came from iden customers who got their phone numbers changed by someone who (mis) informed them that they needed a Sprint number to get an EVO. When they found out they didn't need the new number, they wanted their Nextel ones back. And for some insane reason ...
