anyone else have this problem?
i tried to add dtau to a custys line, he called in because the prev. month he got a notification for excessive usage on mppu & the rep added dtau but it was associated with a 30 day promo. at the end of the 30 day promo, instead of leavin him on the $10.00 dtau it expired it & the system put him back on mppu resulting in another notification for excessive usge on mppu.
so he calls me & i try to add dtau back onto the line for him & it wouldn't do it without the promo, when i tried to delete the promo soc associated with dtau it would remove the feature entirely. when i tried to do it through phoenix, it also tried to add the promo soc associated with it & when i went to save it would say that he al...
