cust: so i am calling in because i see government fees & taxes on my bill what is this charge..i never see this charge before on my bill

me: that's your taxes

cust: so what is it i never see it

me: it's your taxes

cust: why is it on my bill

me: it's there every month ma'am, it's your taxes

cust: my taxes?

me: yes ma'am your taxes

cust: oh ok...thanx bye

What will your prices be in November?

C: I'm under contract with my phone carrier until November and I'm just calling today to find out what your phones and plans will cost in November when I'm ready to switch

Me: Would you like those phone and plan prices for the 1st of November of for the 15th?(as I pull out my crystal ball)

Grrrrrr. I hate Sundays.

Can I buy a phone elsewhere and you'll set it up for me?

I had one of those calls that makes no sense whatsoever. Starts off with "I got a paper in the mail that says I can add a line." I don't know what advert you get. No one ever even shows them to me until a customer comes in carrying one. Then after we go over the plans, the customer wants to know if they can buy a phone elsewhere and we'll just put a chip in it for them.

I explain it's best if they get a phone from the same carrier. Techinically, they can get an unlocked phone, but the carrier will not program data services onto an unlocked phone. Then they tell me they are going to buy a phone for my carrier but that we are too expensive and they just want to get the chip and have us set up the phone. I told them a new phone without ...

Man, Spanish Customers are Angry Tonight!

Me: "Thanks for choosing Sprint, this is Jess-"

Cust: "ESPANOL POR FAVOR!!!"

Me: "Um, okay. Una momento, por favor. Graci-"

Cust: "ESPANI!"

Me: *hastily transferred*

Spanish Rep: "Gracias por-"

Cust: "COMO ESTA DIABLO Y TU MAMA TAMBIEN!" (or something like that)

Spanish Rep: *stammering and confused* "um-"

Cust: *continues ranting without allowing the rep to speak*

I hung up after 3 minutes and the customer was still going.

Sir, that $4.99 fee...

6 months later, I get a call about the Account Spending Limit fee.

And while I'm not one to complain about customers, I'd like to point out that the fee was put on because people like you call me most. And that's pricey to Sprint.

Case in point, you're calling Sprint right now.

life force almost gone

This giant alien life sucking machine, camouflaged as a call center, has sucked away most of my life force. I fear I will be replaced by an alien pod person by the end of the week. The only thing that is keeping me awake is the sharp pain from the knife in my back. Id leave if I had the energy....

i1 wtf?

I'd swear I saw a memo saying the Motorola i1 was being released 6/6, so that's what I told customers. Then I was gone for a day and came back and nothing about the i1. It's not even on the website. Anyone know what's up with that? Or did my old age kick in and mess me up...

So, I'm a sales rep and am very good at what I do but....I'm just absolutely worn out with customers that try to be deceitful, scam, lie and do everything possible to rip people off.

Do you ever get tired of customers that know that there is no possible way that they could qualify for service but want to pretend that they do? They ask for the most expensive phones and always want handset protection , unlimited everything and would like to finance the cost of their phone over 30 years. Many of them are trying to use someone elses credit info and seem suprised when it comes back dissaproved.

If this was the wild west, I'd be so tempted to become the "phone vigilante" and track all of these losers down ☹️

I think the universe is out to get me...

... because when I woke up this morning my shower didn't work, my bus drove right past me so I was late for work; we were'nt busy all morning, until I went to go eat my lunch; and then the UPS guy came with the wrong ink for out printers.
And now that I'm done eating my lunch between customers, we aren't busy anymore. πŸ‘Ώ

Cust: I'm having a lot of problems.

Me: What's going on?

Cust: When I listen to my Sprint Radio, someone's turning off the channels.

Me: You mean someone got a hold of your phone and changed the channel? Or turned off the radio?

Cust: No, someone is messin' with my phone. They walk up and stop me from listening to my radio. I don't know how they be doing it.

Me: Um...we definitely cannot remotely access your phone.

Cust: I didn't think it was possible, but it be doing it in front of my own eyes.

Me: Well, sir, all I can tell you is Sprint cannot and would not access your radio. It's not a problem with the network, because if it was, you couldn't turn the radio on in the first place.

Cust: People be accessing my Playst...

C: I want a new line of service with the free phones advertised.

Me: Great, are you an existing customer or will that be new service?

C: I used to have service but I don't anymore

Me: Let me check that out for you.....hmmm, it looks like you had service but still owe a bit over $2,000 since the account is currently in collections

C: yea..I ain't going to pay that. I just want new service with the free phones.

MeπŸ˜•???? Had you considered going to another phone company? I might be able to credit qualify you for two cans and a string. Would that work for you? Or did you need Android cans?

The tech witch fell in love today.

I got an EVO...My husband now is competing with a phone. 🀣

As a tech rep I hate most phones, ok well 99.9% and was always happy with my basic make a call and send a sms phone just because I have to deal with others problems all damn day long.

Even though I have gotten a phone smarter then myself. I WILL NEVER CALL SPRINT TECH... lol I REFUSE!!! 🀣

My Poor Coworker...

She has been with this customer for like an hour trying to get this man to make up his mind to upgrade. He hasn't upgraded his phone in like 5 years (he's on some kind of 50 minute plan. yes, 50!) and yet he is grilling her about the iphone which we don't even have. She's showing him all the smartphones we do have and it is quite amusing. I have a feeling he's going to leave without getting anything today and then show up and get one of the cheap flip phones and not add on anything else. She's doing a killer job on the presentation though. I'm giving her a standing O in my mind...

Our billing system is down, so at least half of what customers want, I can't do. Having to schedule massive callbacks, but they're still making us get on the phones. 😑 πŸ‘Ώ
