Missing Screw caps

Hello there !

Does anybody know where to find/buy some screw caps for the motorola RAZR ? one of mine dissapeared ! đŸ˜ĸ đŸ˜ĸ đŸ˜ĸ

tmobile question

I have a question for you all that work for tmobile,

i heard thru the rumor mill that you guys get paid very generously hourly like around 13 to 14 bucks an hour plus commission. is this true?

what are your quotas and do you get paid commission even if you dont hit quota?

ive just had it with my "boss" can someone tell me why all he does is sit in his office staring at his computer eating all day long and dictating to me??????
i think he can tell ive had it and am ready to leave cause he is trying to get me to stay and i havent even indicated i was leaving to him

The next week or so...

Just thought I'd let y'all know, I haven't abandoning you but they've got me on a computer not my own and it makes it horribly difficult to post. I've also been bumped to a faster cue this next week or maybe two so I'm constantly busy which also makes it hard. I should be back to play in about two weeks. đŸ˜ĸ

There is a customer in the store right now that is talking S**t about me to another emp. right in front of me. I am about go go off on this guy. His stupidity, and he is blaming me 😈

Increase Sales In Malls?

Phonescoop buddies,

I have been working at a Sprint Kiosk for about 3 months and have been successful; however, our kiosk is going through a slow time right now. For those shop talk people out there working in sales what are some of the ways you get customers to come up to your kiosk? How can we get mall walkers interested in our products more effectively and how can we attract them to our kiosk? Any tips to increase sales?

â˜šī¸ Ok so I take an escalated care call the customer is calling in because he is disputing calls made to Jamacia on his bill.. I and the previous rep and the res specialist have al lchecked the billing system and his IMEI and SIM are verified on the call first he said he lost the phone but got it back later that day â˜šī¸ . Ok that may be plausible now as I listen to this mild Englishman ..I say chap.. I do not recognize this number... " I am thinking about giving credit but policy is we should offer up to half when charges are valid when the customer is complaining.. I was about to do this 🙂
ME: Mr customer I understand you lost your phone for the 43 minutes those calls were made then called your home number 2 minutes after you disconnect...

I HAVE HADE ENOUGH!!!!!

ok today a big wig decided that he was going to visit our store today, whatever no big deal.

well i guess he had wild hair up his a** because he went off on a tangent to my assistant manager such as
" why are there things on the counter?"
"what are these phones doing out?"
"they cant be sitting , put the stools around the other side of the counter!"

blah blah blah....

i don't agree with making your employees stand for 8 to 10 hours a day!

first of all you make us wear dress shoes, so our feet will hurt, not to mention those of us who have bad posture which will cause our backs to hurt,
i get tired and very grumpy if i have to stand all day, I'm not productive.

i don't think that our business is going to boom because we ...

7000 open cases, so they took half the agents off the line and they're in back office for two weeks.

two weeks with a maximum of 5 minutes of available time (when there's no queue)

The outpatients are out in force to day

So this bus pulls up to our mall right out in fron of our store. From this bus pours 15 to 20 people obviously "challanged" in various ways and degrees. Most of them are just walking laps through the mall but a few stragglers are going into stores, like the 40 something gentalman currently in our store holding a teddy bear and talking to himself.

Now, I have no problem with them getting out of thier home and even walking through the mall. BUT, shouldn't they be supervised? I mean shouldn't someone be watching them, making sure they don't wander off or worse?

Weekly Favs

Another week in cell phone hell so thought I would share my favorites of the week:

1) Guy calls up mad because we shut off his service for nonpayment according to him. Says he mailed the check so turn on his phone... I bring up his account and it has been closed for two years although he does owe us some money... I tell him that and he says impossible, it has worked for two years. I look up his number and he has Verizon! He thought that since he owed us money we called Verizon...... I explain, and he wants us to send the money he sent us to Verizon.......

2) Sweet older lady INSISTS that when she uses her landline her cell phone gets charged minutes. I explain that it could only happen if she was calling her cell from the landl...

Another term I hate.

"wherefore." I hate it. Absolutely hate it when they say "wherefore." It's a word but it's not a modern word, it's old English and these people use it because they want to sound sophisticated and smart (smarter than they are) or that's my guess, maybe they just think it's a good word, I don't know. They don't even really use it in context. "I have two lines wherefore I have 1000 minutes to use."

Wal-Mart!!!

I freaking HATE wal-mart. I hate their employees, and I hate their customers. I realize this makes me hate 80% of the US population, but I'm comfortable with that negative karma.

They sell cellular service with absolutely NO accountability. They misinform their customers out of ignorance and then have them come to retail stores with their complaints when their lies come out. We correct the misinformation given by wal-mart, and the customers get mad at us. We didn't lie to you in the first place! You should get mad at the people who sold you service, not the ones who are actually trained to provide you with the service you obviously needed before ever making the decision to buy a cell phone.

I have a customer who's 7290 says "Unknown" next to "My Number" under the "Phone" option from the main menu. Anyone know how to change this?

Okay...

I work for a cell phone company-and I am in a call center. I get the weirdest calls, like customers trying to activate a competitor's phone on our network, or like my neighbor, a customer that deliberately broke his phone in two, chucked the phone and wanted us to send him a replacement.

Anyone else have weird calls???

Customer calls in...
Cust: my phone wont charge
Me: can you tell me what type of phone you have
Cust: its a flip phone, with a camera
Me: do you know the brand name
Cust: no, my parents gave it to me

How do people expect you to help them if they cant even provide basic information.

Our own experiences as customers...

So we take care of customers but we have a life of course and are customers of many companies ourselves, so I want us to share stories about our own experience as customers, experiencing good and/or bad customer service...

for example I have always received excellent CC from my bank (bank of america), and lousy CC from my cell phone company (the equivalent to Cingular in Argentina)... the difference was that very clearly the bank people are well trained and have always known how to help me, and the cell phone people had no clue about what they were doing and needed to place me on hold forever for each question I asked... another difference was the attitude, one helpfull the other anoyed by my call...

They stole my phone and brainwashed my husband!!!

I swear our IVR says "Press one if you are crazy and we will transfer you to kyle"...I had this woman last night that was complaining because someone stole her phone while she was in the subway (because she was in the subway and couldn't find her phone and she is sure she brought it with her). Then this thief snuck into her house and put it on her dresser...Now this isn't finished yet because this is a really crafty thief. He then mindcontrolled her husband who is at home so that he would forget the thief...

Later (while i'm trying to get the password for the account out of her) she tells me that she can no longer use her alarm clock because "They" are listning to her through her alarmclock...Then she proc...
