Cux- ( in thick British Accent)Yes this prepaid card i bought is not allowing me to make international calls. Its only allowing me to make domestic calls.

I love smarties

This lady wanted the headset for a phone, but she just wanted the earbuds, not the wire...So I let the customer know that we can't just sell the earbuds and it does come with the wire as one unit, "well is the wire complimentary?"....LONG LONG LONG pause, I was just trying to comprehend what the smart woman was saying..." no that is going to be $21.99 for the earbuds AND wires" lol 'click' she hung up...

Will I go to jail?

When I help a customer, I take notes. I take notes and I listen and I help them the best I can. So when a customer is a jerk I have their number in my notes. I know their account number, I know everything.....

So to the jerk customers... when I call them at 2:30 in the morning on my pre-paid and text them dirty texts, and when I mail them dirty mail and sign them up for stuff they don't need because I have their address... Would I get in trouble? Will my revenge obsession get me jail time? I know its not right, I know I'm mean but sometimes I get a real jerk that I can't stand. This is what I do and I like it. Today I was thinking that maybe they could trace it to me and I will die.

DATA PLANS

I think requiring a data plan when you have a smart phone is a great idea, it stops all the idiots who don't have one then use the Internet from call in and claiming they "didn't use no Internet" solves the issue i think, but i also believe if you can afford the dam phone you should be ok with paying for the data plan ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

I love stupid people

If your name IS NOT ON THE ACCOUNT, why do you get mad at me when I have specific rules I have to follow as an employee? You want me to get fired? Of course you don't care. Either way, I am not giving you any information from someone else's account and I am not adding a line on to someone's account! GET OVER IT!

VZW Agent Support Team, this is why I hate you.... {LONG}

On 7/28 I had a potential customer come in my store. Currently with ATT, and was looking to switch. His buy all/end all with changing carriers was that he didn't want to have to pay an activation fee for switching. After explaining to him that the Act Fee's are standard right now, he still listened to what I had to say. I was even going to offer to discount the amount of his act fee's off his initial purchase of phones if need be. After digging further, I found that he may be eligible for an employee discount with VZW. I called into the CS team, to verify the percentage and perks. Rep informed me of his 19% monthly discount, 25% off accy's, and that the company also qualified for activation fee's to be waived. YEAH! Customer was hap...

One thing (among many in this business) that really irks me...

..is when someone is walking by the klosk reeeeeeaaaaalllly slowly looking really hard at everything, and all I say is: ".....hi...."

To which I get a response of:

"NO THANK YOU!!" and then they run away...

You know, I wasn't even gonna try to sell you anything anyway. Maybe I was just trying to be friendly, or don't you know what that means?!

Question for AT&T COR Employees....

So about a year and a half ago I applied for a sales job with AT&T COR. They however, rescinded my job offer because of a previous employer never confirmed or denied my job dates and would not cooperate with them at all.
So now, I'm thinking about applying again for the same position. My question to you would be do they have a "blacklist" so to say of individuals whom they rescinded their job offers? And will they never hire these people? I just want to know if anyone out there has a specific answer regarding this. Any input is appreciated! Thanks!!!! ๐Ÿ™‚

I love...

when spanish speaking customers come in and speak absolutely no english. Especially because i know almost no spanish. It's impossible to communitcate. i litterally had a whole spanish family come in and just smile at me when i spoke to them. They wandered around the store for 10 minutes looking at signage and phones. then they left and just smiled as i said goodbye.

This one takes the cake.....

After going over my usual dialogue of plans, etc with this 80 yr old customer, we move on to going over phones. He immediately picked up the Moto Adventure, asked me what the features were of this phone. I explained the military specs, yada yada yada, and explained that it is able to withstand more extreme heat conditions than other phones. Customer then looked at me and said "what would I need a high heat resistant phone for?" I explained that I have sold a lot of them to maintence personnel for local factories, those people who spend a lot of time in high heat conditions. He then looked at me and said "Well, would having a hot body qualify as a need for this phone? I think I have a hot body..."

๐Ÿ˜ณ

After he left, I laughed so ...
