I love...
when spanish speaking customers come in and speak absolutely no english. Especially because i know almost no spanish. It's impossible to communitcate. i litterally had a whole spanish family come in and just smile at me when i spoke to them. They wandered around the store for 10 minutes looking at signage and phones. then they left and just smiled as i said goodbye.

If they are worth talking to and going to make a good sale, then try communicating with them via Google translator. Try searching "language tools" if you can't find it on the google homepage.

or you can always just keep saying "prepaid" until they start handing you money...that's what I do a lot! 🤣
