Will I go to jail?
When I help a customer, I take notes. I take notes and I listen and I help them the best I can. So when a customer is a jerk I have their number in my notes. I know their account number, I know everything.....
So to the jerk customers... when I call them at 2:30 in the morning on my pre-paid and text them dirty texts, and when I mail them dirty mail and sign them up for stuff they don't need because I have their address... Would I get in trouble? Will my revenge obsession get me jail time? I know its not right, I know I'm mean but sometimes I get a real jerk that I can't stand. This is what I do and I like it. Today I was thinking that maybe they could trace it to me and I will die.

About what? I'm serious, I do this to jerk customers and all the sudden I got paranoid that they might charge me with disturbing the peace or harassment. Could they find out who I was?

I set up my account online for my prepaid and I used a fake name and address, I've never used my credit card to pay for my refill. I hope I'll be ok. And yes, people would brush their teeth more often with hot dog flavored toothpaste. We are still working on genetically engineering lettuce to taste like bacon.

That's why I have a pre-paid account! Yeah! I will tell them they are fat or they are stupid and that their dog will die in ten days or something like that. I get them calling me a mofo and saying the police will get me.

I'm sure that legal action could be persued against u considering you've violated the privacy agreement with your employer, compnay you represent and customer... however; I cant help but to aplaud you and wish I remembered to do the same. Once I walk out of here I am completly disconnected with what may have happened so revenge is the last thing in my mind. But good for you! Keep fighting the good fight. 😁

I never actually contact those kind of customers myself, just sign them up for a pile of ridiculous free services with their phone number, address, and/or email. On behalf of some ****ty customers I've sent Scientologist and Jehovah's Witness' missionaries to their homes, I've sent free gay porn trials to their houses, signed their email up for dozens of different free coupon websites, mail order bride services, ordered fast food delivery to their house and repeatedly cancel so they get banned from restaurants, inquired into escort services which called them back on their house line, etc...These people don't realize what we can do to them when they come in and **** on us thinking its OK to act that way. Karma is a bitch.

That actually sounds like a good idea...i think im going to do the same thing..especially the ones that think they know everything..may seem like an obsession or stalking kind of thing..but what else can we do when we are board at work?

The answer is YES you will. I worked with a guy who did that, he called the customer and harrassed the customer, stalked her, etc..he ended up going to jail. It was all over the news. I would reccommend STOPPING that now..

Well, unless you've ever registered your prepaid service under your real name/address it's hard to trace.
But, these are ways it could be traced.....
Your phone number (whether under a real name or not) can be linked with a ESN. All ESN's are logged by the carrier/manufacturer, and can be traced back to the retailer they sold it to who then sold that ESN to you. And the retailer can track that UPC/ESN back to the time/day it was sold, and to whom it was sold to.
So pretty much your only out on this is if you purchased the device from a store that either:
A. Doesn't take your name for purchases
or
B. Doesn't have a security system they can back up to the time/date of purchase to see your face on camera.
But, these are ways it could be traced.....

When you pay for cash at a Wal-Mart they can't trace who it was sold to. And when you use an old phone and just put in the Sim... even harder to trace. I took every precaution I could. Setting it up online was easy, used my "junk mail" account.

All it takes to track you on the stuff online is the IP address that the comp is registered on. Company you signed them up for might be able to pull that up. Again never fear. If you get cought we'll start a riot in your behalf. We've got your back. 😁
