Anybody else awhere of isusues with customers logging into facebook on devices and it pulls up/logs into sombody elses acnt???

We've all had the customers who come in and ask for "Bluetoof" or "Blueberry's" but what about the ones that try their darndest to pronounce them correctly, but still mess them all up.... Here's a few I've had recently...



Nokia - "New-key"

EnV - "eee-in-v" Made me think of "WALL-E"

G'Zone - "gah-zee-one" and "ga-zone"

Once had someone come in and ask for the Large phone....LG - "Large"

Any one else had any good ones?

Gotten a customer that makes you wonder how stupid the world can get, somtimes i wonder how these people make it in the world.

i am only working 5 hours today, its going to be a long 5 hours cuz i'm going camping...work sucks suck suck! 😢

Me-"Thank you for calling ________. May I have your wireless # please?"

C-"You didn't call me, I called you!"

Me- 🤨

C-"I have a question about my plan."

Me-"Okay, I can help with that. May I have your wireles #?"

C-"Blah blah blah"

Me-"Are you the account holder?"

C-"Yeah!!"

Me-"May I have your name?"

C-"Uuuhhh!!!! Blah blah!!!"

Me-"May I have the pin #?"

C-gives the wrong pin

Me-"Your pin # is at least 6 #s."

C-spells out a word

Me- 😕 "Okay...you said blah blah...um..again the pin # is at least 6 Numbers-"

C-"Look!! I just have a question about my plan!! What is so freakin hard about that?!!"

Me-"Nothing, but I am required to verify...

Ok lady let me check... looks like you have water damage.

"No... no I don't"

Well, ok but your sticker on here that indicates water damage is lit up. So it had water damage at some point

"No, it didn't it has never been near water"

Well the new battery is in it and it seems to be doing the same problem, it must be the water damage that it has/had

"Naw, it's never been wet"

Those darn water indicators, they like to just lite up when your phone stops working for some reason, seems to happen to ever liar, ah hem, cough customer now a days 😁

cux ci bc she was told that her bill was only 39.99 advised that her just her PricePlan alone is 39.99 before taxes, but she still needs to pay her other taxes and fees.. cux says she doesnt want to pay taxes.. that she is only gonna pay 39.99. cux hung up b4 i could advise her that if she only paid 39.99 her phone still wouldn't work after its suspended for non pymt..

cant wait to get this call again tomorrow complainng that her phone is off..

I am from California and we never have to uphold our part of the bargain. We don't care that there was an agreement made between 2 parties. Californians are above doing anything we say we will do. Just remember that the customer is always right. I might have agreed to your terms and conditions back then, but, in Cali this means nothing. This customer comes in...we talk for awhile and at the end of us talking I hand her my card and tell her to give me a call at the store if she has any further quesitons....She looks down at the card and without looking up says "I lost a baby one time with your same name." ..... and then she went on to tell me I have cancer.

i was talking to one of my customer i work for att and we worked on her account dadaddada you know and then i had to set up a call back to get ahold of her for 09/08/2009 and she said ok so are you going to call me that day i said i assure you i will and she said wat abut after i was like what 🤨 yea she said after and my slow ass did not understand then 😲 😲 😲 😲 ohh i got you i was like sure she said she enjoyed talking to me so i sms her to send me a pic 😳 and she is supper fine 😲 😲 🤤 and shes only 1hr away from were i am 👀
